How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The property itself is stunning, and we enjoyed exploring it. The food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Initially my booking was cancelled by the hotel without any sufficient information and the same was not even communicated. Further upon checking and insisting them to reinstate the booking they confirmed the booking.

U may not get the Mountain view or Pool view if booking through Booking.com The Approach is Very Steep. Need to be very Careful while using it and it is also dangerous during rains. I will suggest to Construct steps for pedestrian.
Staff was Very Nice and Polite. They try their best to attend the guest. Location is 15 Min walk from MG Market. Ambience is Very Good. Food was awesome. We have tried others but here the food is above par. Best part is the Hygiene level. Restaurant is also clean and Beautiful. It will be the Choice for the next time also. Thank You

Hotel is nice and good... But room service are slow... Every small things which are required in a room... Has to be called for room service.. and no heater in a hotel... Which was very bad thing... Overall it was good

Some amenities were written on website but not available actually for example slipper, hair dryer( you have to ask every time for a hairdryer which was bit time awkward) laundry was not availabledue. Also heater was paid but it was not written on website. Website shows all included including heater ;) Booking.com showed that room is with mountains view but hotel staff said it's not when we arrived there. But after a discussion and arguments they provided the mountains view room but without balcony. But all in all it was good stay at tempo.
The resort is so beautiful specifically clean and tidy rooms. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Room withMountain view is just awesome. Worth to stay there. Breakfast was delicious also the restaurant in resort offer tasty vegetarian food for dinner. Would definitely come again here :)

but some facilities, they have shown online were not UPTO the mark, like they have not started the spa and zim but that has been shown in booking.

#The location, it's little far from MG market (10 - 15 min by walk). It's approch road is 30°approx steep down from the main road.
#The Ambience & everything. It was very neat and clean. Having lovely swimming pool. Specially I will tell about the person of front desk Mr Gopal, he is very humble and helpful man. I enjoyed very much.

Wifi signal was a bit weak at peak times.
The view was amazing, room clean and comfortable, delicious and large breakfast, very helpful and polite staff, especially Probir, who provided quick help on all our requests!

we were staying in room 305. The wifi was unreachable from the room and if you have Airtel/Voda sim then you will not get mobile internet either, I had to come to the corridor to get the wifi. I complained about this multiple times but they did not seem to care. I stayed for 3 nights basically without any internet.
The view from the room is very good. The rooms are spacious and clean. You get your own balcony. The swimming pool adds to the view from your room.
