There was some noise in the evening due to a wedding next door. Also the hotel isn’t really at walking distance from the Taj Mahal (but very easy to reach with Tuktuk)

The value for money is very good, the rooms are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The hot water was quite weak, we didn’t complain about it because we stayed for two days, but definitely a negative. When I walked in, it felt like the perfect room, but after my first shower I found the major issue with it. Noise was also abit of an issue, with it being next to a major road, and opposite a field used for events. Lastly, it’s a little misleading to say it is walking distance to the Taj Mahal, better to just take an Uber there due to the distance.

The room was clean, and was very spacious. I have to emphasise on clean, because the toilet, bed and overall room just felt fresh and free of dust, mold and the normal things you would come to expect. The beds were very comfortable, and it felt great to come back and rest in. It’s just down the road from Taj Mahal east gate (commonly used by foreigners) and quite easy to get an Uber auto (rickshaw) to bring you to the gate.

First room AC was not working. They change the room. Second room AC was working but TV fridge and intercom phone not working. Worst part someone stolen Rs. 500 from my bag (safety money) and he is so cleaver that he took only one currency note out of 19. So anyone can’t identify it easily. Guys be aware about the hotel.

It was very loud at night, both in and out of the hotel. The AC wasn't very good so we didn't sleep very well.

It was within walking distance of the Taj Mahal, and the new metro, which was a great bonus.

We had booked a deluxe room. It was hot in Agra. The room was front facing and very spacious. We chose the room as we just wanted to relax as we had already visited in November. My child needed some space to love around and also we could enjoy the city view through the window. The AC was not working and same with the wifi. My husband had to complete his office work. More than an hour was wasted. They gave an explanation that the AC will run when the outside temperature is 25 degree and the current temperature was 22 degree. They offered to change the room which was an executive room and separate beds. We were not at all happy. The AC and wifi was perfect in that room.. Don't know how? And they also offered a complementary dinner and evening snacks. But believe me even after getting the complimentary dinner, this could not recover the money loss. We had dinner just the first night stay as the food was not good. They provided with spicy chicken curry even after asking to make it non spicy. Evening snacks was not doubt good. The next night we did not eat dinner.. We went outside.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The linens were really very clean. The staff was good.

Comfortable stay with all basic amenities, good hotel in this budget. Breakfast buffet was having good options, service is very quick and fast. Location of this hotel is very prominent.

Washroom was very clean, humble and friendly staff. Feel at home. Must try chilli chicken it was so soft and juicy with balanced spices. Must try Chinese food here.

I didn't like the crowded space near the hotel, it is situated on the main road. it can be a great local food hunting spot for the foodies.

Great location it is within walking distance, to the East Gate of the Taj beautiful surrounding atmosphere, and great staff. The receptionist was super responsive. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent service where we had dinner. The food was good and great value for money and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
