The Bathroom could have been much better. It was not engineered properly. The surrounding is something in between the village and town with no drainage, no pedestrian walk ways. The area is also very dirty.

Location was great . The park nearby gives a respite to otherwise dusty road and dirty surroundings. The hotel staffs were great with most of them eager to help you at any time.

Bed sheets and pillow case looked used and not fresh. Staff were not polite at the reception.

Room was good size, with balcony. We even had a kitchen which was non-functional. Bed was nice comfy. Room service was decent, as food taste and quantity was good.

Bedsheets needs to be cleaned and pillow covers as well. Toothpaste and shower gel was missing. Balcony lights were on all the time which was little inconvenient. Tv remote was not working which is why I couldn’t see anything.

House keeping services need improvement.

The location is in the pollution free area.There is no noise pollution and surroundings are quiet.The receptionist from Manipur is their asset.

The staff behaviour and the way they receive the guest. Cleaningness was imaging. Staff is so helpful. Location is good. Well mantained propery. We reached late night but they dont have any problem moreover guide us to reach the property properly and safely.

I needed an upgrade to a bigger room so they asked us to cancel the booking.com booking and pay directly. They INSISTED that I pay the entire amount in advance, which I refused to do. Still had to pay 50 before and 50 after because they refused to buzz n even said that we can cancel the booking if we do not comply by this arbitrary rule. I ordered the breakfast the first morning and found hair in both the items (bread omelet and alu paratha). Did not order again from their kitchen. The balcony of the first room they allotted on the first floor got flooded overnight and started smelling badly. We had to shift to a different room during the middle of our stay. We were glad it happened coz there was a street light right in front of the balcony and it was bright af in the night! It rained when we were there and there was a lot of mud in front of the property.

TV and AC are not working. The Blanket is ripped and not good quality. The hotel compensated me 500/- for the TV and AC part but they should have checked it before assigning the room. I felt the pricing of the room is quite high compared to the amenities provided.

This hotel is close to the Hospital and the room includes fridge and kitchen . So whoever wants to stay here and visit the patient in the hospital can cook here in the room. The food provided by the hotel is good.

Facilities not good and not cleaning properly, toilets smells are continuously coming inside the room .Breakfast are complementary not good to choose in your own choice.As my experience for two night the money is so expensive and facilities are not good.

The breakfast is a joke. They don't remind you at all for it. There is no buffet but a fixed breakfast, which would have 1 Paratha or 1 omelette or poha with tea or coffee. That is pretty much misleading when you say breakfast included. Travellers depend on it. Plus for the rooms and outside noise they get, it is overpriced by atleast 30%
