I can't fault it. It was a great stay.

The Arcadia was a rare find on Booking.com, to begin with. The service was impeccable: The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. The rooms were spacious and sanitised thoroughly. The villa manager, Jiten, was most accommodating of our requests for directions, food options, linen, breakfast spread, etc. The property overlooks a large field, with a silhouette of Shillong in the background. It twinkled with stars by night. It's a lone villa atop a hill, which was a climb to get to, but we had no trouble at all, as it was a well furnished road. We stayed by the infinity pool for the majority of our time there, and enjoyed having the property to ourselves. A must visit ❤️

Weather was hot and only a stand fan. TV is there but no recharge is done after repeated times of saying. No wifi and very limited mobile network

Room we got was a bit small but really like the vibe of the place.

The location was really serene, though it was tough getting there after dark. But u will enjoy the trail. The room we got was a bit cramped though the food was good, especially the breakfast and the staff were very polite and helpful.

The Arcadia Resort is an amazing place to relax and rejuvenate in tranquil. The resort is located on a hilltop with an amazing view in front of it. The hotel manager Mr. Jiten is a very helpful person, taking care of each and everything you need during your stay. Rooms were spotlessly clean. The food was amazing. No Bar service. Need to carry your own booze. The swimming pool is an added benefit with a mesmerising view. A must visit place for an amazing stay.

Bit away from city, but again its a good point also.

It is very good. Great location, views and ambience. The owner and staffs were also very helpful. Also, very close to airport. So stay here if you have an evening or post 2pm flight, then go to Shillong/Dawki/Cherrapunji the next morning.

The distance from habitation makes it difficult to get to. It would be helpful if management arranges for transportation from a primary point / location to the property- and back.

The rooms could be cleaned more often. Bathrooms needs more up keep. There are flies and insects, being closure to the nature. But not bothersome.

Arcadia resort is located a bit interior from the main road (3km inside) however the road is easy and well maintained. This is off the highway going towards east from Umroi airport. This area is outside Shillong city limits and will take 45 minutes to reach Shillong. Being outside the city hustle, and in a serene area, one will definitely enjoy the stay. The best part is that the resort is situated on a hillock; and you will get a 360 degree view across mountains and valleys. The view are breathtaking. The lawn, the swimming pool, the long verandah and other open areas will make your stay enjoyable. You can spend a lazy day strolling in an around the resort. The staff is nice and helpful. They cook and serve pretty good meals. Being in a remote place, you must place orders well in advance. Rooms are clean and spacious with modern furniture. Every room has a separate seating area with sofa and table, that makes the living comfortable. Upper floor rooms have attached balconies with a splendid view.

Approach road did not have any signs. It will be useful if the signboard is there.

The locatiin. Its too too far from the city. It approx 24 kms from main shillong city. If you dont have your own car you will be stucked in tha property. Its absolutely single property in that area.

Location, the built, views, friendliness and attentiveness of staff. Great value for money.

A beautiful quant property in the hills. Loved the view of hills, green fields from the room and balcony. Mr Jiten was very friendly, was attentive and available every time we needed him. The new pool will be an exciting feature. Loved the trek, star gazing from the balcony and just the jungle sound in the night. The food was tasty and oddly satisfying. Can’t wait to be back.

The place is 23km away from the Police bazaar (centre).

Hotel's location, Staff's behaviour, food, facilities all are quite satisfactory. Surroundings are full of beautiful natural scenaries. One can have a good time with family.
