I think the only thing they could do more with is the spa. I would suggest having the spa staff or even bar staff by the pool and encouraging use of the great offers they have available. I tried to book a couple of times but didn't get the treatment in the end I think just due to comms. Everything else was absolutely excellent!

The hotel was well equipped, spotlessly clean, great location, very central, beautiful surroundings. The hosts were amazing and operate as a high performing team and it's great to see! The high point was the chefs table! Every morning at breakfast the team couldn't do enough for you and we were ready to try everything!😊

Access to the hotel is through narrow winding roads with a lot of construction going on alongside them.

The staff was exceptionally efficient and helpful. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous with many choices. The a la carte menu was very good too.

It would have been nice if it was on the Beach but was compensated by the Rickshaw.

To begin with this hotel is just a few months old. The interiors are plush and very luxurious. The staff was very courteous and Friendly especially the Front office Manager Mr. Shailendra Singh . We had booked 4 rooms and all of us had a Mini Bar full of soft drinks and beer absolutely free for ourselves. This was in addition to the chocolates and Chips packets kept on the house. The Breakfast was superb and the Sous Chef Miss Patel was personally interacting with the guests. There was also a EV Rickshaw to take us to the beach which is complimentary. The swimming pool was awesome and so was the massage spa.

We were booked in the Astor suites which said breakfast was until 1230. Many times we came to breakfast at 1130 and they had already put the breakfast away.

The place is the best we've stayed in, in India.. the breakfast menu is good, the pool is good, the buggy, the room size are awesome! The staff is just great.. we didn't hear a no at all!! The drying service is one of a kind! This is be my benchmark going forwards!

A new property in Candolim. Nice quiet location, just a 15 mins walk to Candolim beach ⛱️. The facilities are good and the staff is very courteous. Had a memorable stay.

One thing was the shower. It went hot and cold at its own whim. i think there must be something wrong with the regulator and given that the hotel is so new it must be just a matter of fixing it. The location is way too far inside and so it is not very walker friendly. One needs a vehicle and hopefully there is no traffic jam on the very narrow road access. The smaller suites must be furnished with a work table/chair.

Friendly staff, especially the room service boys and their Housekeeping Supervisor. The breakfast crew were very professional, polite and friendly. hats off to Soubhagyar, Suhas, Rudra, Sachin and Prafusha. They all went the extra mile to make sure we were well cared for. The three young ladies at the reception were also very courteous and accomodating.

The Hotel, with its elegant pool area, spacious rooms/suites, and exceptional staff was beyond our expectations! Thank you to you all for making our holiday so memorable and making us feel like royalty! Plus, it is the only hotel we have ever stayed in that provided a free mini bar! Transport into town to the markets, or the beach, was provided one time per day au gratis by the hotel. The food we enjoyed both by the pool and in the restaurant was exceptional. The chef and her staff were true professionals, providing gastro delights that were both creative and outstanding in their taste and presentation. The food was always fresh and creatively and beautifully presented, whether served buffet style (breakfast) or à la carte (dinner). The staff that served us were attentive, efficient and knowledgeable in their field. In fact, EVERY staff member we met went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Waiters Joseph and Sachin....and Arun who served us by the pool, are just a few of the many staff who went above and beyond, showing their wonderful personalities alongside their efficiency. (Other names escape me at this moment in time, because there were so many). The facility was spotless. The pool area was constantly being mopped..and the outside of the building/windows were cleaned every day, too....but it was discreetly done so as not to take away from the ambience and peacefulness of the facility. Reception/management were brilliant, as were the staff that greeted and helped us outside the hotel when we left the hotel or arrived back. Management care about their work and their goal is to make the guest's experience memorable. This they certainly achieved.

They offer free high tea each afternoon (and show a photo of an exceptional spread). Turns out high tea is tea, biscuits and nuts which is a bit disappointing.

The property is stunning. Rooms are beautiful. Swimming pool gorgeous. Couldn’t fault the property at all.
