1. Very slow service- i asked for coffee pouches (which is complimentary) and it took me 4 calls and 30 minutes to receive it. 2. I wanted cold water instead of normal temp. I never got that. How can hotel of this brand do not have cold water or even ice cubes… TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING I WAS TOLD WE DO NOT HAVE ICE CUBES NOR COLD WATER. HELP YOURSELF..REALLY? I AM PAYING 11k for this non-sense 3. I asked to book early breakfast for me. I got the reply “DO IT YOURSELF”..If i am not getting these basic service..DO THEY DESERVE 11k? NOT AT ALL. SMALL HOTELS ARE MUCH MORE FRIENDLY AND OF HELPFUL NATURE. BURNT MY MONEY ON THIS. PREFER RAMADA- THEY ARE FAR BETTER

There was no gym. Other facilities/activities mentioned on the website were non-functional. Food was average. In room dining stated was not available.

Everything about the stay was exceptional. Specially the staff members. I have rarely come across such polite and professional staff members. They made sure that everything about our stay was perfect and comfortable.

Some Tea and coffee in the lobby free of charge as guests mostly come for the Yatra and leave very early before the restaurant is open. A cup of hot tea while one waits for one's transport would be nce - even if they must charge for it!!

Lived up to its ITC Group reputation even though it was cheaper than the "original" ITC Group Hotel also in Katra.

Everything from cleanliness to room service to check in and check out desk. It was an amazing experience. although ai had explored other fortune group properties but it was my first time at thier Katra property. Would love to stay here again

It’s the worst hotel I have ever stayed for the money paid. Air conditioner didn’t work, no standard toiletries and very unhygienic breakfast. I felt like was looted for the money paid.

The staff. Everyone right from cleaning staff , reception, restaurant members, spa services, were cordial, humble and so receptive. Nice and comfortable hotel. Special call out to Mr. Gautam at front desk and Mr. Ashish at the restaurant. thank you

Surely not a 5* hotel, overrated. It was not a comfortable stay as weather outside is very hot and Air conditioning was out working in any of our 4 rooms we booked. There was water leakage from AC unit issue in every single room. Bathroom does were not closing properly as the door was swallowed. No one fixed that despite complaining 2 times. And issue was in every single room. Shower tabs were broken. Wifi was not working in any room, we had to keep requesting them to fix the issue. door keys (cards) were not working and we had to call room service every time we had to step out of the room. The worst is, These issues were with every single room. Finally, the food verity and quality was below average. Highly disappointing menu and taste.

Only the location as it is close to the point from where journey to Ma Vaishno Devi darshan starts

Poor housekeeping and reception staff- haggled on 2 hours of late check-out extension whilst they allowed later than expected check-in for 4 out of 6 booked rooms. Overseas travelers, careful, international cards do not work for payments, and we almost missed our flights due to delays caused in clearing the payment.

Fortune park is the ITC group hotel and the service and facilities which one can expect from the ITC group will not be there in Fortune Park. Limited varieties of foods, rooms were not clean.
