Very neat and clean property, Location is so serene..Experienced amazing views of Mountains and Kumaradhara river.. Staff is very helpful and friendly.. Food is Excellent and variety of options available.. Highly recommendable property in such a divine place.. Must visit place and thanks to all the Staff for taking care of each and every requests of the customer.. Luxury hotel amidst such a beautiful and divine place is lovely to have and stay.. Firstly the location is SERENE, it’s right on the banks of Kumaradhara. The rooms are sparkling clean and best made for modern living. Sipping your tea in the outdoor cafeteria amidst the naturalistic western ghats is pleasant feeling.

Rooms were clean and staff friendly

The room were clean and staff very accomdating. They were able to prepare Jain food for my inlaws with minimal notice.

The TV in my room was not working. These things must be checked before every customer is given a specific room. The staff were little unprepared about the movie channels which need to be provided to the requesting customers.

Even though booking.com mentions that the price they show is inclusive of taxes we were asked to pay additional 1300rs towards tax. And they did not even issue a bill.

The checked in room didn't have electricity, had to shift to another room in the night. while check out was charged 75/- for a hand towel because it was dirty :-(

We booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms was not cleaned. The bed sheet had stains on them. The bathroom light sensor was not functioning properly. The menu card had a sheet of paper with some things written by people who stayed there previously.

Location is mentioned as 50 m from the temple on booking.com. This is absolutely false and highly misleading. It is almost 2 kms from the temple and transport to the temple is only by rickshaws but those too are not available if you need to get to the temple before 7am (which you will if you are conducting certain poojas at the temple). With the price they are charging, which is much higher than other accommodation in the area, they should have a hotel vehicle for such situations. Housekeeping staff is slow and sloppy, we had to chase them to clean our room. Good staff but the place seems understaffed.

Pretty location. Well done, well maintained, clean and comfortable place with very pleasant and helpful staff. Good food.
