Opposite rooms are too close to each other given the hallway was about 2ft, so lot of noise in the room especially with the doors from other rooms.

When they say they will send someone in 10 mins, then the person may come in 10 mins or 30 mins. They forgot the food order, then they got the wrong food and then changed it. Flush wasn't working but solved by their staff after two hours, solved by the same guy who initially said they have called the plumber to fix it. The plumber didn't come so he solved it himself. Made me wonder why he didn't fix it in the first place. Anyhow it's not a bad hotel or food is not bad, the experience was not great.

Well it's an okay hotel with basic rooms, somehow really smaller rooms. Staff is kind of helpful but super slow.

We had a great experience with the staff taking care of us in the middle night. The rooms were good but the service was great. Just be kind and give them a smile and tip them if you can afford. Had a good experience.

The room was unpleasant by all means. The bed sheets and towels were old - like they hadn’t been washed (upon asking the attendant for a replacement, we were given another one that didn’t seem much different) the floor was not clean (brown stains), mouldy pillows and the toilet was not cleaned. We didn’t bother raising a complaint as we only needed a place to keep our things. Hardly stayed in the room for 3-4 hours in total.

The location, and the fact that they allow unmarried couples and allow early check in. I would have said price too but after seeing the room - no way was it reasonable. We stayed for only 8 hours since we had a train to catch the same day of check in (evening).

The room was untidy. Bed sheets were really bad. It had bed bugs. The manager treated us badly. Not at all value for money. I would recommend that you should close down your hotel instead of deceiving people with the images. Not at all worth it.

Dingy room with smell on the ground floor. Please make sure you reserve a room anywhere but ground floor. The ground floor room gave me a bad headache by morning. Linen on the bed was not fresh and stained at a few places. Looks like the housekeeping is trying to cut corners and not put up effort. Washroom exhaust fan is too loud, and drowns everything else.

Location is nice. General color tones used are nice. Checkin and Check out is efficient. Basic room setup is good. Wifi works fine.Geyser and washroom works fine.
