We asked for an airport transfer to pick us up at the airport and the fee was like 40 euros. I find it pretty expensive given that it cost us like 5 euros to go from the hotel to the airport by taxi. The restaurant staff was not really polite, the food wasn't bad but just that, and for the price we paid we could have had a fancy dinner in Amsterdam.

The location is very good, near the busy connaugth place, yet it's quiet. Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of courtesy water, courtesy toiletries, What you would expect at any 4-star hotel (in fact I´ve seen 5-star hotels like this one).

The bedroom was a nice size, clean, quiet and good air conditioning. Felt safe as there was security at the entrance and secure access to use the lift.

The only things is the variety of buffet is very few and they should care a bit more to who doesn't eat chilli

Overpriced for what you get. Nothing out of the ordinary. Room was on the smaller side and the shower was not strong. One pillow was too low and 2 were too high.

The location is good and the beds are comfortable. The house cleaning staff does a good job.

Comfortable place to stay after a long trip around Rajasthan. Staff were excellent and gave us gifts and extra late checkout on request. They even gave my father in law birthday presents without being asked!

Everything. From the first moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiling faces and Anil, the most welcoming concierge ever. He made us feel like every need we will ever have will be taken care of easily. The rooms were fantastic, clean, spacious and with a great shower, everything you would expect from a hotel at this level. But honestly the best part is the staff, everyone greeted us with smiling faces on every turn and it truly felt like this place was filled with the most kind hearted people. For example, we discovered by talking with one of the staff, that the hotel houses in the back 15 stray dogs they adopted, care for and feed. This is alongside feeding and taking care of more stray dogs in the surrounding area. Truly amazing people.

Staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. Bar service great and bar snacks were delicious. Decent gym (with a trainer if you fancy some help). Comfortable room overlooking the stadium which kept us away from any street noise.

There was just one dining room. Some of the dishes were very good, some not so good. The choice of Indian food could have been greater and some of the Chinese dishes disappointed. The Sichuan vegetables seemed to lack any spiciness!

The location was excellent, the rooms were very clean and serviced well. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. From a value for money basis the place compared very well with the available alternatives.

Our only complaint was the noise of the lift, we were on the top floor.

This is an excellent hotel, near Connaught Place in Delhi. We loved the decor throughout and the staff were all friendly. Our room was lovely and spacious enough for a 2 night stay! The buffet breakfast was excellent, a variety of options and excellent coffee :D

Awesome hotel with high standards nearby the very city center of Delhi (10 min walking). Rooms were very very modern and clean, staff was amazing, food in the restaurant was the best I had in India. Thank you for the early check-in!

Prices can vary a lot. When I stayed there a second time (a few days later), prices were about 30 % higher - for the same room. Shower is not suffiently separeted in the bathroom,- at least in my room. So some water from the shower can enter the bathroom. But I consider it a very minor thing.

Good central location and pretty quiet. Staff very helpful. As I liked it, I returned later after a jurney to the hotel again. Wanted to stay in the room where I stayed the first time. They made it possible. Much better than the Radisson nearby, where I stayed as well. But as well more expensive
