No significant facts that I was not satisfied with during my stay at this hotel.

Great central location for shopping and sightseeing. Quiet rooms, comfortable and clean, functional layout within the room. The staff helpfully organised taxis and SIM cards for my wife and me during the stay. The food quality from the room and service were excellent, with generous portions, menu range choices, fast internet, and easy to connect with multiple devices. The gym was very functional for my cardio and resistance training needs. Comfortable internal and external sitting areas are available.

The inly flow I would recommend is that in some rooms the central air conditioning is very strong and against the bed.

The location is very good. Central, near also metro station. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are pretty comfortable. We booked twice for our stay in Delhi.

Everything matched the advertisement and closely resembled the online pictures provided.

The lobby and decor are quite impressive, and the rooms are clean and well-appointed. They've been recently updated and furnished. Additionally, the staff is exceptionally helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Its location is its greatest asset, with Connaught Place just a 5-minute walk away.

Size of the bed could be little bigger. The king size beds seems to be smaller in size than it should be.

Ambience of the hotel is really nice. Rooms were cozy and comfortable. Hospitality of the staff is really welcoming. Really good property to stay with the family.

The decoration is great! The hotel lobby and rooms feel very clean and modern. I was very happy to find 6 bottles of 500mL of water in my room. It exceeded my expectations. The room was very comfortable with a king size bed and a very nice shower. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The room service is very fast to bring food to my room. I had to leave at 5am for the airport and the kitchen made sure I had a take away breakfast to take with me.

The rooms can be bigger and the coffee shop can open until 10 pm 😊Also ,the focaccia bread, blueberry muffin and walnut cake we purchased from the coffee shop were not good. Very dry and crumbly. Expect top standards from Taj. This was a total let down. I’m sure this will be looked into.

Lift system operates by card only and we were given only one card for a family of four which was a bit inconvenient.

Best location in Delhi. The interiors of the hotel are plush and luxurious. The tiling is just stunning. The President also has the best service - the best from Taj.

We liked everything

This hotel was a sanctuary for us in India. Felt so calm and restored staying here after days out in Delhi. Very nicely decorated hotel, clean and comfortable stay here. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast and restaurant food was excellent. The signature cocktails at the bar were delicious. Comfortable beds.

The swimming pool - too little and not really nice surrounding
