Very good hotels near MG Marg, Gangtok.

Pick up -drop by taxi is hassle. It is road side, which is very busy and one way. Not convenient with family having small children and elders with large luggage. no assigned space for taxis to stop. one available space was always occupied by someone’s car. Property should have ownership over that space and should be provided for pick up n drop.

1. Room cleaness. This is first priority to improve.looks like blood stain on wall.toilet seat hinge so dirty,floor dusty.... 2.Please don't use heavy air freshner.not all guest like smell include me. 3. No sheer curtain only havy curtain. 4. Please place reusable sandle if no sleeper and place floor mat.

1 Location 10 mark. Less than 5 min from MG marg. 2. Big enough room space. 3. always have hot water. 4. Newly renovated room.

Service should be upgraded, Didn't change towels while cleaning the room, Didn't stock tea/coffee in room, when asked for it they simply said there is no tea or coffee.

Rooms are very good and comfortable, as shown in picture. Location is perfect. Just 1min walk from MG Merge.

The hotel does not have lift and generator.

Staff behaviour was very nice. Location was good, very close to MG Marg. The hotel is new and very clean. The staff responded to our requests immediately.

They have slippers but they are not provided right away, you have to ask for them. The in house restaurant seems bit overpriced. For an example a simple porched egg costs 100 rupi. but the food is testy.

Their property is new and clean. They have a very good service. The stuff was really helpful. It is very close to MG mark. It is a great value for your money.

Our room had some plumbing issue which was checked repeatedly by the staff but couldn't be fixed. We were subsequently, on the eve of our departure, provided access to another room's bathroom so that we can take bath and the water was great there. Otherwise everything else was good.

The staff was very polite and they assisted us throughout. The hotel is right above the famous MG Marg and easy to access. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The bed linen were clean and the TV was a smart TV hence one can enjoy anything he/she wants to watch. I would suggest go and see your room once before booking so that you get a room which you like. And the best thing was the fact that they didn't charge a penny more than what was shown on booking.com! ✨ Highly recommended.

It's a new hotel, just opened in nov '22. Everything was clean. The staff were well mannered and helpful. I enjoyed the stay.

The rooms that are shown in the picture is not at all an indication of the rooms you'll get upon check in - we didn't bother because we were travelling outside mostly. They close the entrance by 11PM, which is weird for a hotel of such price. Getting drinking water at night is a nightmare. We faced power-cut during our stay and as power backup, they only have one light in the room working and nothing more, not even in the washroom which has no natural light and there was no power in plug sockets as well.
