Clean and peaceful, amost near hanuman tok, so need to take shares cab from mall to reach.

Rooms are good, but basic facilities like soap shampoo and changed towels are not provided well. Need to work on the housekeeping. Food needs to be improved. It's not bad but can improve.

Staff are good. Helpful and polite. Except for the cab driver who drove us from MG road to the hotel. It is better to take a cab on your own from MG road to the hotel. There are plenty available. Location, although far from MG road, is near from sightseeing places, and the nathula Pass Route is more convenient from the hotel.

The one and only con of this property is the food. They do not have a proper cook so the food is not upto the mark. But its just a friendly suggestion to the staff that please do make the food services as good as the stay!

The best part of this property is the view and the homely environment. The staff is extremely friendly especially Alisha. Make sure you book the balcony view room

The location is quite far from central Gangtok (MG Marg)

The whole management was very accommodating and friendly. Clean and always tip top. The facility is run mostly by ladies but yet everything is handled very professionally. Even they helps with your tour itinerary. Room size is perfect and the view from the room is breathtaking.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was neat and Clean. The view from the balcony is Amazing. The food was very tasty and Hygienic. Hotel caretaker Kamal was always available to help us in all our needs from Sightseeing to Traveling.

No heating in this hotel. So it was quite cold in december (1Celsius) . Blankets were excellent, though.

Not all switch boards were functioning in the room but it's okay, we didn't face too many issues with this.

The property is worth the view. Recommend taking the mountain view room for sure. Alisha is a darling. She'll help you with everything. The breakfast is also good! Will definitely recommend this place if you're in Gangtok.

The bathroom suffers from its design - common in India unfortunately - impossible to shower without getting the floor and toilet wet.

The view across the valley and up to valley was great. No mountain view unfortunately. The staff - wonderful Alisa - was excellent. Attentive, considerate, helpful and interesting to chat with. Very close to the zoo - which is excellent, btw. The room balcony was an unexpected bonus.

It's away from the city. Transportation can be an issue if not on time.

The staff were good. Even the owners family too. Very genuine people. God bless them. It's a very Nice property. View is very good from the room. Fresh air and you can feel the weather. Peaceful.

The room is a little small but that doesn't matter because it was enough for 2 people.

The views from this place can't be beaten by any other hotel in gangtok! Quite the value for money as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 2 days and Kamal was very helpful and made sure we had a good stay. This will be my go to stay in gangtok when I visit again!
