The corridors are very old and have a musty smell, the rooms are old with water leaks, rusted/calcified taps, the bedsheet had some odd stains on them and the fridge had a foul/odd smell. I was in the city for just one night so just decided to stay but if this was a family holiday then I definitely would have changed the hotel. The actual beds and pillows are comfortable but once you see stains on the sheet, it just becomes a poor experience.

The staff are friendly, the location is quite central and the breakfast spread was good.

It seems very few foreigners stay here - e.g. toilet paper was not replenished in our room as cleaning staff had no idea anyone would use it! (A quick phone call produced some though!). Food was extremely expensive! Maybe everyone here is on an expense account?

Got a good rate at this mid-range hotel and enjoyed the calm cool escape from the chaos outside! Friendly staff and nice clean room. We arrived early off an overnight train, and we were very pleased to be offered breakfast whilst our room was made ready for us early. Lots to see in Hyderabad.

The rooms were old style and very dim light, which looked like the spark of light was missing and the paint of was may need to adopt with diff Color’s atleast in hall, over all it was good to take the privileges and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bathrooms/showers can be a little cleaner and cubicle a little more water tight. Both rooms booked had wet floors after the first user. Missed the live band in the restaurant.

It's just a lovely place to stay. This was our 3 or 4th time here and first after several years. It was just as good if not better than the other times. Some nice improvements too. As far as I can tell its not part of a large chain so is unique. Staff are always pleasant and this time there was no lingering for tips for the simplist of tasks. The hotel has a good connection to a taxi / driver company which offers a good price for a day hire. All in all a great hotel.

Dirty and grubby rooms that are not well maintained. Swimming pool is small and the breakfast is a chaotic experience

I had a pasta lunch on Wednesday. It was overcooked and tasteless. The waiter asked me "how was your meal" so i told him it was unsatisfactory. The pool was unclean when i arrived, so i could not use it. I explained to the front desk that i was paying a higher price for a hotel with a pool, and was effectively paying too much.

I had an issue with a late checkout, and asked for special consideration of my case. It was accepted and made my last day much easier

It’s not worth Rs9200 approx with taxes per night as the rooms are basic and compact and needs a major Renovation.Very unclean rooms with poor amenities and too much of noise all night from the Main Road outside

Very close to a very busy road. Not well set up for European travellers, the fare was almost wholly local cuisine, which challenged us both mainly due to our lack of knowledge of what each dish contained

Room decoration was in need of upgrade. Had to move rooms initially as bedding was not up to standard and room needed a good clean. Second room was better. Piped corridor music outside bedrooms was very loud and had to be asked to be turned off every night. On our final night there was disturb firstly by maintenance work very late at night and then by party guests shouting etc at 3am and 4am, we asked for a refund on our night as it was so awful and were told no!

Staff were lovely keen to help. Good food choices in buffet and restaurant in hotel was excellent.

Nothing really - room decor needing a refresh but felt clean.

Lovely restaurant (relatively pricey but to be expected), huge choice for breakfast buffet. Club room was spacious with massive shower area.
