Some staff seemed to be impolite.I think this is just because its location is good and they didn't think they need care about customer so much. If its location were bad, this kind of staff wouldn't be able to act like this.

The Ac regulator did not have an ability to control the blow of air. It was on high mode only and there was no switch at all. There was a regulator for the temperature and on/off switch

1. It took 8 hours to place an extra bed 2. The person who put the extra bed did not arrange the room, left the main bed in one side, side table in front of the tv 3. The walk to the room was very stinky with the bathroom cleaning brush, solutions kept just outside without being covered 4. Problem with flush. 5. Water heater not plugged in. I had to change the place to bed side to get warm water

(1) The food options were OK but a bit limited for a 5 star hotel. The food was also very expensive. We found eating out at other restaurants was much much cheaper! (2) One morning they did some maintenance with the water supply without any warning. This meant my husband couldn't take a shower on time. It would have been good if we'd been told about the maintenance beforehand. (3) There were very few mirrors in our room and no proper dressing area. This made it harder to brush my hair and check my appearance.

(1) The location was convenient for our purposes. It was close to Bhowanipur which I needed to visit for personal reasons and also handy for shops and restaurants. (2) Most staff were friendly and tried to be helpful (3) The laundry service was good. It was hard to dry clothes in our room as there was no sun, so we ended up using the laundry more than we were expecting.

It was a decent stay for me, but writing a review means telling all aspects. On that regards, I didn't find all the staffs as welcoming as anyone expects. Signs of poor renovations or repairs were clear in bathrooms and bedrooms as well, and the house cleaning wasn't as satisfactory. There are many 3 star hotels in Kolkata with better experience to compare.

The location was great, and the hotel was good as well. If compared with a regular hotel, it's a pretty good hotel. But being a 5 star, expectations are also higher so it was only satisfactory.

The staff at the front office was very dormant. Even after calling the reception 3 times for shifting my luggage during the checkout… there was no response. Had to come down to the reception personally and complain and shout at them. Another thing- during my four nights stay, the buffet breakfast was all the same and repetitive. Same items was served everyday except for one or two being repeated alternatively. Was really fed up of the food. Kindly do something.🙏

Every major facilities were not working or damage. Stayed in Rm 820.Bed was like pond in the middle Bathroom flush not working. Hardly clean sheet n towels in the room. I never felt so miserable from my regular stay at this hotel
