Nothing is to mention because everything is good in this hotel.

Mr. Rajesh was very co-operative person & Mansingh who is in restaurant is also a very good guy. Hotel is at very nice location, rooms are spacious & very clean. I am totally satisfied & next time whenever I go to Dalhousie I will stay in this hotel only. They also have enough parking place.

We have been very happy to have a nice, big room. The view to the montains from our balcony was great. The bathroom is modern with a jungel shower. Very friendly host and staff. The restaurant has super good food. Parking lot perfect and nice surroundings to walk.

Room Food Staff Service Everything was nice. Room was spacious, clean and highly comfortable. The staff was very friendly and sincere, especially Mr Suraj, he worked extra-mile to make our stay comfortable. Food was exceptional and very well priced.

The room is beautiful, with heating,good shower,warm water. Staf is perfect and food delicious. Very good overall quality against low prices. Sure I will come back. Manager and his wife very friendly and helpful.

It was the best decision to choose this hotel for our stay at Dalhousie. We had an humongously amazing experience there. Staff were so good and polite and welcomed us with their whole heart. Food was extremely flavorsome and fulfilling. Veg and non-veg both varieties were up to the mark. Rooms were clean and hygienic. Overall this hotel made our stay immensely comfortable and memorable. We are taking so much beautiful memories from here. Thankyou so much to all the staff members of The Jade Mountain💜💜& a special thanks to Mr. Suraj for taking care of each and everything.💜💜

Our four days at this amazing hotel were really, really great. The people who worked there were super nice and made us feel really special from the beginning. When we got there, they greeted us warmly and even remembered what we liked, which made everything feel personalized. The room was super comfy and clean, and the view from our window was really nice. The staff made sure we were comfortable during our whole stay, and they did little things that made a big difference. What made this hotel extra special was how much they cared about making us feel important. The staff was always friendly and did more than we expected. They even remembered our names and gave us good recommendations, making us feel like they really cared about us. And, on top of all that, they surprised us with a bonfire for our anniversary! It was so sweet and made our celebration even more magical. The food at the hotel was also really good, with lots of different options. In short, our time at this hotel was amazing. It wasn't just a place to sleep; it was an experience that felt really special. The great service, personal touches, and the awesome anniversary celebration made our stay here really memorable. We totally recommend it if you want a fancy and friendly getaway.

My family and I got a very warm welcome from the hotel.The food was excellent.The rooms were magnificent .Hot water available.we had a very nice time here.The services provided by everyone was great.We thank all the staffs of the hotel.They treat us like a family.the hotel was the best hotel.

Nothing that we didnt like.

The Property is Ideally located away from the hustle and Bustle but near to main areas. The room is clean with a fresh towels and sheets. The view from the room was fabulous with a range of mountains culminating into Snow Capped Dhauladhar Range. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. All in All a lovely experience.
