The bed was a disaster. While booking the room and in subsequent written and verbal communication with the hotel we had very specifically requested for a very hard bad. Alas, the bed we got was the softest bed I have ever used in any hotel. For 3 nights one family member was sleeping on the floor as the hotel didnt have any solution to provide. Repeated requests went unanswered and unresolved. Surprisingly just before check-out the Executive Housekeeper finally got in touch, that too because the GM bumped into us at breakfast and we gave some cryptic feedback (without us knowing he was the GM. The breakfast service (not the breakfast itself) is a huge mess as well. The hotel is understaffed and most of the staff is young and poorly trained. They would rather gossip with each other than serve the guests. No complains about the quality of the food though. The bakery section is middling.

It's a nice property, with some jaded edges. Entering the spacious and sparkling lobby gives one a good first impression. The rooms are of a good size with a very well laid out washroom as well. The glass windows on outer facade of the rooms are dirty/smudged beyond repair, which is a pity since there are good views. The newly installed lift controls are confusing, and I saw guests (including myself) struggling. The staff is friendly. Special mention for Jashnav at the reception.

Staff needs training. In restaurant no one listens. Some are busy on phone and some pretending to be busy with plates etc. But no one serves the guests

1. Dirty kettle...took the staff one hour to replace...the plug was wrong, the bottom of the kettle didnt fit 2. The bed sheet of one bed had a stain in the center..(I had a twin bed room) 3. There was a wall in front of the window blocking the view....it made the room look claustrophobic.

The house keeping was very poor and unprofessional. While walking down to the dining hall I saw one of the staff coughing soo much while doing someone’s room bedding 🤧. They should be encouraged to wear masks at all time. They were very stingy about giving toilet rolls despite me asking for them numerous times. Style up. This is lalit !!! We aren’t here to steal

Service was poor and not to the level I would expect from this chain of hotels. The service was slow and staff got the orders wrong. The bedrooms are not big enough for a family of 4 which is what I booked and then had to pay for an extra bed at the hotel. I was disappointed and would not recommend or return to this hotel

The time it took me to checkin and checkout was way too long. Bit unusual for the kind of staff the hotel had.

The overall internal maintenance of the facility was nice. I had visited for an official event hence not much interaction with the staff in general.

The window panes were not clear from outside.and the washroom exhaust was not working or was not working properly. Got some avoidable problem while check in which can be easy sort out seeing the condition of my family caring 1 small baby. The staff at reaching was not too co-operative. Didn't offer any welcome drink.

The service in the restaurant was very poor. There was a lot of staff but the organisation was missing. At breakfast I ordered coffee 4 times and it did not arrive, I also ordered poached eggs and ended up leaving the restaurant because they never arrived. During an evening meal ordered a salad with chicken and prawns and I was presented with 2 salads - one with prawns and one with chicken.

The hotel is beautiful and only a short distance from the main City. The food options were good and the hotel gym was great

The cushions on the chairs outside in the bar area could be improved. Small point .

Room: Room cleanliness wonderful - our cleaning guy Neetu was very attentive and helped us at all times whether to locate a shoe , to bring more hangers or to clean the room . Dining staff: Again great quality staff with very good temperament . Gave a small cake for my father who stayed in the hotel also on our last day…. Gym: Excellent gym - great equipment and cleanliness Overall : Overall I will most definitely like to come here again with my family and shall be recommended your hotel to my friends and family in the UK. 8 days in your hotel were very comfortable and a great base. Windows of room was not clean .. there was no bathtub in bathroom. it was 5 star hotel but we will say that was 4 star hotel ...size of king size bed was so small as it was queen size bed...
