Breakfast didn't have variety. Meals and drinks were exorbitant.

They gave us a surprise for my wife's birthday. That was heart touching. Ashok helped us a lot with change of battery for our car. The restaurant staff could have been more cordial. The chef needs to interact with guests to find out more about their likings Or to check about the food.

Their miserliness about early check in and the usage of wifi. Lack of congruity between the staff. When I checked in, the staff told me to wait for 10 minutes while the room was getting ready. Then, I don't know why I was taken to a resting/ waiting area where I was totally forgotten about for hours! The food was mostly average.

Their property is beautiful! The Singer sang lovely songs while we had our buffet lunch.

Everything at the resort was great. We went there for our anniversary and really had a great quality time. Perfect place to unwind. The food is good and the spa was awesome.

I feel the food options could have been more. We visited during the christmas arrival, but there were no music, no events. The resort was looking with no festive vibes.

The location was beautiful. My family enjoyed every bit of it.

The buffet management team had messed up the vegetration and non vegetrain options and from a 5 start resort its a complete disater. They were under staffed maybe because any help desk response took time

Food could have been better, was very average especially for the price. On similar lines breakfast was average. The jacuzzi had to be operated externally. Hospitality overall could be better, considering we had stayed in the Taj property before this so the difference was evident.

The property was big and lot of natural landscaping. Lot of open space which was good. Staff was good and friendly.

Wish the housekeeping was better. The jacuzzi in our room was not maintained well and very dirty. There were hairs in it which we ended up cleaning . The outdoor play area for kids was not maintained well.

The backwater and beach access. The restaurant and its staff were good and friendly. The food was tasty and we enjoyed it. The swimming pool was clean and nice(though there were broken tiles inside) .

The rooms are very uncomfortable. Too much power fluctuations, The Ac doesn’t work, fan makes hell lot of noise. Even if you put a privacy mark on the door, they will still ring the bell and do their job!

The property is average. Food is definetly not at par for the status of hotel. Staff is friendly thats one of plus point but facilities, food etc is just average

The cottages are old and need renovation. We booked a suite thinking there would be a living room as well, but there was no living area, and the only room was congested. Zakuzzi was not clean. Not well designed, they should rebuild the cottages. Breakfast was pathetic.

The campus is amazing and well-maintained, the swimming pool is great, and staff members are friendly and ready to assist. Check-in was smooth. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful.
