There was a problem with the wifi and it did not work. As we have our data, it was not a problem for us.

The traveller section of this hotel is perfect. Simple but clean bedroom, located just two minutes from the main building. The A/C and the fan worked properly. The western temples are in a walking distance - 15min walking. The breakfast was good - and until 10.00 a.m Very nice staff. We were taking the night train to Varanasi, so the hotel let us a late check-in, plus the use of the amazing utilities - swimming pool that they have.

Breakfast was really good. We had to check out quite early in the morning to catch a flight from Gwalior to Mumbai, we were pleasantly surprised when the Hotel staff handed over packed breakfast and water for us.

The taxi service is very expensive for some reason. We walked until the village and got a tuktuk to the airport for 1/4 of the price.

The traveller side of the Lalit is 2 minutes walking and these budget rooms are still big with all the amenities you need, and a super comfy bed. The food you get at the restaurant is super tasty and you are always well served. The whole hotel has a calming vibe. Very clean all around. Wonderfull garden and common areas. It's a 10-minute walk to the western group of temples.

The hotel is beautiful and impeccable. Breakfast was good. Staff very polite and well mannered. We had an issue with hot water but they were able to fix it. They proposed for us to shower in an another room while the problem was being addressed. Take a tuktuk to visit the temples, very useful and efficient visit with a driver. At time of check in we were offered a room with twin bed, though we had specifically requested for a single bed. They had rooms available but we were wrongly offered twin room, when as a couple we denied to check in they gave us a desired room.

Superb location, huge green campus. Each and every staff is welcoming and cheerful. Good food. Lalit traveller is separate building away from main building but is well maintained, rest all facilities are common Good value for money

Just a suggestion : I would like the pool to be heated or just a part of it because I tried to swim (mid February) and it was freezing.

The staff and the atmosphere was incredible. It was so calm there . Definitely the best hotel in the area and the best hotel that we visited in India. I recommend it without any doubt. The restaurant staff member, Luca, was really helpful with us during the breakfast and he explained to us everything from indian options before we order. We used the laundry service as well and David did an excellently job.

Some issues with boiling water only coming out of tap - due to being a quick, busy trip didnt really have time to sort with the hotel. WiFi in rooms a bit patchy.

The staff were wonderful. All very friendly and put a lot of effort into their customer service. The room was great, clean and decent size, and location really good - right near the temples. Breakfast was amazing.

Nothing negative except They should inform the client both hotels location is one and the same. No more confusion.

Exceptional Staff. Very pleasant attentive and always at your service attitude. Excellent Breakfast. Eventhogh very near Western Group of Temples, due to gate closure, had to take a circuitous route.Both hotels, Temple view and Trveler located in same premises.so Google search will only show Lalth Temple view hotel only.Be forewarned.
