The ambiance and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was great, however the services are a little slow. I understand that the property is huge but they can hire more staff to make the services more efficient.

The shower was not working well, bathtub was not clean and not works well. And there is no good alcohol drinks. Other than these it is great . All the workers are well mannered and very helpful. And respectfull too.

Even though The Leela was a big conference hotel it felt cosy and calm. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I've stayed in a few different hotels in Delhi but, will definitely be back to The Leela.

Not very happy with the shower area Room 1307 1. The shower door design ( opening inwards ) is very impractical. 2. There are some mosaic tiles peeling off the wall 3. Water flow into the drain was not adequate.

Found it to be a very good “Value for money “ property with excellent Staff. We had a small issue at the check in which was very well handled by Mr. Gajendra and Mayank and made our stay comfortable.

Just I couldn’t understand why they didn’t accept the price that was in booking… They want more than that price because they change it to their money with very cheap rate 😕

The hotel reception refused to exchange US dollars to rupees, because they said it was not the latest edition.Moreover when I asked for the exchange rate, they suggested 75 rupees per dollar when the rate on that day was 83 rupees.Also, tĥey did not sell SIM cards, so buy them at the airport. It is not easy to find a SIM card or exchange money because there is nothing nearby. The concierge provides a four or six hours car with a driver to go around New Delhi and this is good. Yet Uber provides the same service for 17 euros for 4 hours

This is a truly 5 star hotel, not only in terms of service but also in hospitality quality. We enjoyed The variety and quality of food at the dinner, the pillows and the bed linen, the amenities, as well the bathroom size and facilities. The hotel is fully accessible for people with mobility issues. It was much appreciated that we were allowed to check in around 9am, which was very convenient as we had travelled from Europe.

Our stay was perfect!

The staff, facilities, food, cleanliness, everything was perfect during our stay. Anmol was very welcoming and couldn't do enough in securing us the best room and price. We left for Jaipur and it was a very quick and easy decision to come back and stay in The Leela.

We recently stayed at Leela Palace Convention for a week during our New Delhi tour. We opted for this hotel due to its proximity to our friends' place, which made it convenient for them to take us around the city. The room was excellent, and the food was superb with a great variety for breakfast and in-room dining. What truly stood out was the outstanding staff - incredibly friendly and helpful. The mark of a true 5-star service is how they Customer needs and challenges, and Leela's team have surpassed expectations in this regard. Special thanks to Anvi, who went above and beyond to handle our airport pickup issue. She and the rest of the staff elevated our stay to the next level. Although we couldn't indulge in the luxury of the spa due to our busy tour schedule, we look forward to returning in the future to fully experience all that Leela has to offer. Highly recommended!

The gym facilities needs an upgrade but the people running it are awesome 😊

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room is a good size and the bed is comfortable. I must say the hospitality is top rated. I even got a slice of cake sitting in my room in one of the days. it’s a pleasant surprise especially after a long day. The staffs in Cafe Knosh are very hospitable. I want to thank Mark and his team who made my breakfast a special meal all the time. Special mention to my favourite Pankaj for his thoughtfulness and service during my stay. Pankaj made sure my food is according to my liking, and took time to explain the menu to me, all the time. I felt pampered during my stay. Well done to this hotel to employ quality people and making sure guests experience traditional Indian hospitality.
