Just a great property away from the craziness of bangalore. Love the free cycles - spent the mornings cycling around the area, grabbing some breakfast etc.

Clean, has all facilities, sound proof room, very nice decorated, huge room, comfy bed. All was great. I only stayed one night but the stay was great. And the staff is absolutely in the spirit of the Indian culture, very welcoming always! Best!

There was a crockroach in the room and when we complained, there was not much response. There was a credit needed to be applied on my total bill but it was not deducted, I had to tell them to deduct the credits on the final bill.

Hospitality was good and have all the facilities that a 5 star hotel should have.

Wish i had chosen to stay here longer!!

Could be the best hotel we have ever visited!! From the moment we walked in, we experienced such warm hospitality. Early check- in was no hassle and every effort was made to allow for a comfortable time at the hotel while waiting for our 3am flight out of Bangalore. Wonderful breakfast at this hotel, a fully kitted gym, sauna and spa with a beautiful pool overlooking the gorgeous Bhartiya city. They offer a free airport shuttle which is handled so professionally! Thank you to Sita, Sujata, Farzana and Nirjanan at the Falak restaurant who went out of their way to treat us to a stay fit for Kings!

Location is very quiet and nice. Good facilities, spacious clean modern rooms, big shower, soft beds. Hotel has a swimming, Spa and Restaurants. Service was excellent, very friendly personal. We will definitely come back again! I highly recommend this hotel in Bengaluru

The long winded check in process. To be fair the reception didn’t know we’d had such an awful journey so not a reflection on the hotel.

Sadly due to a plane cancellation our stay here was cut short and we only had a few hours at the hotel mostly sleeping. The room was lovely, bed comfortable and the meal we had at Falak was amazing. So disappointed we didn’t get more time here to explore. Looked like a great location. I intend on returning again to have the full experience.

Absolutely loved each and every aspect of this hotel.

Outstanding service, care, comfort, and interactions with all staff. I have stayed at 5* hotels all across the world, but I have been blown away with the care and attention to detail that the staff at this hotel have made, going the extra mile to ensure comforts and to enable us to enjoy. Really, it was above and beyond. It takes service to a new level. Outstanding. The dinner buffet was the BEST we have experienced in our ten day visit to India - and that includes having SIX wedding events at a Taj hotel - but the Leela was unbelievable. We paid £15 for the buffet - and we are vegetarian and absolutely loved it. We have no hesitation recommending this hotel. Brilliant. Finally - they also offered a free transfer (to/from) the airport, and we took it at 4am for our morning 7am BA flight. No hassle, and brilliant. Don't think twice - book this hotel - far cheaper than the Taj located at the airport. 20 mins away (no traffic).

The location wasn’t the best …. As the approach roads have poor infrastructure and it’s not easy to predict the traffic situation at anytime, especially for this location from the city.

Everything about the property was good. The food at the all day dining restaurant was very tasty and had an impressive spread. The entire staff was extremely hospitable in the signature Leela style

Beautiful modern building in a newly gentrified location which resembles the modern India. Coming from the UK, I felt that Bhartiya City resembled Canary Wharf… With the Leela Hotel being at the heart of it with beautiful interior and exterior

Nothing to call out really. Location to the city centre might take an hour or so depending on traffic (peak times).

The Location to the airport is really good! About 30 mins by car / taxi. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Value for money. The staff members at the hotel were also very kind and caring. They made sure all what we wanted was available to us.
