No privacy in the sea view villas plus a little too noisy. The air-conditioning wasn't that great surprisingly in our beach view room. Also the fact that the washbasin is outside the washroom area is inconvenient. Some of the staff were more interested in us giving our review of our stay then and there and subtly suggesting that we should mention their names while their knowledge of the property was questionable (answers to simple questions were wrong). Also sensed a lack of coordination. One example being that despite having made payment I continued to get a msg that my authorised card has been declined. Multiple calls for same issue from multiple persons in the same department was another issue.

The staff were really not up to the mark. You pay so much and get a poor service, it’s not pardonable. No complimentaries (cookies etc ) which are meant to be kept were there in our room, and the staff didn’t bother about it for the entire stay. We did not even know that they were to be served,until the service manager asked us at the time of checkout ..if they were refilled on a timely basis ? The minibar was locked with a key and nobody bothered to open it for the entire 4 days stay. The restaurant staff were the worst. Everyday we would ask for tea or coffee to be served at the table and it won’t arrive until 45 mins to an hour despite repeated asking. There was a day when it never arrived and we just got up and left. We were informed that the lunch buffet closes at 3.30 pm which apparently was wrong information… my husband arrived at 3 pm after finishing the check in process and all the food counters were removed by 3.05 pm. He couldn’t eat anything but had to pay the amount though. We had to literally rush to fill our plates. After paying so much, we don’t expect this kind of service from a brand like Leela.

Location, cleanliness of the facility, curious staff in club area, clean beaches and privacy. Good spa facilities and ease of check out. The butler service was good. High tea was also nice.

Staff of the main restaurant must be better instructed according to The Leela standards. Excluding hostess and chief manager (lady from Bhutan), whose are perfect.

Buffet food and entertainment night for Valentines- my son just wanted a pizza but we were told there was no a la carte option- v expensive, noisy music, people milling around everywhere and not told the price beforehand . We should have gone for room service instead. Hotel was a bit tired non club side - Indian food much better than international food. Otherwise we had a lovey stay and staff were very nice.

Club side of hotel is very nicely done. Butler was nice. Club pool very breezy. Sky bar lovely sunset drinks. Good location - enjoyed walking along beach path for lunch at Taj Green Cove, and also to lighthouse beach.

The food selection was excellent. The hours for breakfast were from 7:30 to 10:30 giving guests a lot of flexibility. One order for a masala dosa inexplicably took 30 minute. This was an exception. Plenty of staff to serve diners with personalized attention. there was more food than one could hope to sample Staff are hospitable. Private beach and lovely views. Nice pool

The infinity pool is overlooked by reception and the dining room. Hotel generally needs an upgrade in places. Places they think people don’t notice, but they do. It’s not a 5 star but a very good 4.

The breakfast choice and restaurant food and the service of the staff was superb. A special mention to some of the team, who deserve praise for the quality of their service which goes a long way to enhance the Hotel's reputation. They are Ambuj , Manju , Sumodh, Hussain, Kumar, Bhawana were very attentive and always ensured we were served punctually and with a a smile, making us feel most welcome at all times. They are a great Asset to the Hotel , perhaps other team members can use them as an example for training.

Stunning location, amazing views of the coastline. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Cab drivers Saneesh & Manoj treated us to some local experiences. Infinity pool was beautiful and evening cultural programs were lovely.
