Everything was excellent

We arranged pick from hotel with hotel which was perfect, driver was very professional. All staff at Leela Mumbai are excellent from cleaners, porters, managers, catering staff etc, nothing too much trouble. We hired the hotel car and driver for a day and had amazing experiences in Mumbai

Our stay and experience was simply seamless and amazing .The service and staff - who always greeted us with a smiling face right from the gate to the staff at the buffet breakfast - they were excellent . Extremely attentive and we really couldn’t fault anyone or anything at The Leela. They were extremely considerate with regard to our requests and we will definitely be staying here again !

Great hotel, haven in the middle of the chaos of the city

Staff in buffet was not up to 5 star hotel standard. At times rude, stressed, small things like getting some hot water took a very long time. There is almost no where to put toiletries in the shower, a bigger shelf for this would have been a good idea instead of having to put things on the floor. Prices at the hotel for food and drink is very expensive and not worth the money.

We had an excellent stay at the Leela. Overall clean and comfortable, location is very good close to airport and easy to get around Mumbai. Special thanks to Nimisha that took good care of us from before arriving to end of our stay. Breakfast was great.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, it’s so beautiful. The staff are so attentive and friendly. The pool is lovely, surrounded by plants and flowers. We ate in the Chinese restaurant, which was really lovely too.

We are loyal patrons of The Leela Mumbai. The cleanliness, room service, food were all excellent. The staff have always been very helpful & cordial. Akshay, Ashish, Kevin, Debina, Manisha, Suresh Hegde, Akram, Baljeet, Bina, to name a few of different departments had always been making us feel at home. We stayed at the hotel to celebrate my birthday on the 30th Mar and it was one of my best birthdays yet. The staff go above and beyond to make every guest stay enjoyable and comfortable. The wide range of cuisine was exceptional as was the food and beverage making every meal delicious. The ambience and the greenery in addition to the water features was calming, welcoming and relaxing away from the hustle of a busy city.

While it's expected that prices in any five-star hotel will be pricey, almost all items and services here are somewhat prohibitively very expensive. Some minor things: masala chala chai tastes somewhat diluted so had to ask for "strong chai" to which the staff obliged. The sounds of doors banging especially during busy, cleaning hours can be quite annoying. I would recommend this hotel for staycations or if you want to stay in close proximity to the airport. However, if you are planning to actually tour around and explore Mumbai, it would be best to stay in southern Mumbai as much as possible for convenince.

Breakfast buffet is one of my favorite parts abojt this hotel as it offered a wide array of dishes and cuisine. Traffic control was well managed. The staff, especially the breakfast waitstaff, the concierges and porters, are all welcoming and truly hospitable. I appreciated their late check out policy which I thought was fair and reasonable: free of charge if checking out at 2pm but half-day charge for anything after 2pm and before 8pm. My booking reservation came with a hotel pickup/airport dropoff service so I really liked this hotel service that came with the package.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Excellent bathroom. Food very good - I was working so had room service lunch and dinner. Breakfast a good spread. Well located near the airport. All felt very luxurious. Shame I was tired after flight as swimming pool looked so inviting.
