Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe room which have shown while booking the room was not allotted. Staff was vwrrude and argued for booking with another guest. I have booked for 2 guests. But they informed me it was booked for only 1 guest. I will not recmened for my friends.

India- property was badly maintained; - the rooms were not clean - floors were not swept or mopped properly; - bathrooms were also dirty with grime on the floor; the drains were clogged resulting in flooding; NO SHOWER CURTAINS OR SEPARATE WET AND DRY AREAS! You take a shower and the u wet the whole bathroom!! overall, the bathroom was in a bad condition; - no hand towels or toilet paper provided! Had to call for it. - dirty bed linen was provided. It was very obvious that the linen was dirty, yet it was spread over the beds; - Food at the hotel was overpriced for hotel of this quality; - sketchy WIFi connectivity; - poor location - located in a small and narrow by-lane near the station; - all of the above issues speak of a very poor management.
The staff! — very hardworking, honest, polite, and eager to please. But, they need to be up-skilled on how to run a hotel. That responsibility is of the management.

IndiaThe only thing I didn't like is the Bed It was so uncomfortable to sleep and specially the AC sound was horrible.
Specially overall staff was so well mannered and provided everything I asked for timely.
