India- Food quality was not that great. There's a big scope of improvement for food quality. We took buffet dinner but the taste of (main course especially) was not upto the mark. - Breakfast was better than dinner. But it could have been more better. - Staff should warn guests about bugs and brief guests on how to deal with bugs. There were instructions in the big book. I was stung by a bee. Staff provided me ointment but we could have avoided this. * Booking process needs improvement: - Property doesn't picks the call. Manager said that we get a lots of call so it might not be possible to answer all calls. - Booking dot com had very less Machaans available. There were some Machaans available on website but nobody picked the phone for booking. - We booked Forest Plus Machaan. It was fine but it was not at a great height. So, view from the balcony was okay(not so great). Other Machaans(especially evening Machaan or others)which are at a great height have very beautiful view.

So lovely to visit such a beautiful location which is very close to nature. - Staff was helpful. - Room was very nice. Wooden work in the room was just beautiful and amazing. United KingdomOn occasion you had to ask multiple times to get something sorted out. Some of the staff didn't seem too bothered about certain things and wasn't trying to help which was a bit of a surprise considering the reputation the place has.
The room was great. However, some issues with not enough hot water and electricity being cut off on occasion. Still. this wasn't a big issue.

IndiaThe stairs are very narrow so going to different levels is a Task, Room Services are poor & does not match with a standered of Luxury resort. कटलरी manners are missing. Petty charges like morning or evening walk take away the charm , as this has no wifi or mobile connectivity in Rooms so being close to nature Tag does not go well with above seems little contradictory. Breakfast spread is very bad & it's not a luxury resort like. They need to improve a lot on services which is esence of any resort.

IndiaManagement in the dining area is a disaster. We ordered starters for dinner and had to cancel it after half an hour of not arriving. Breakfast is too crowded & a mess. We just wanted to run out of the breakfast area & that is not how it should be. The stay was good but Booking .com needs to be updated and should not mention that Jungle Machans have a viewing deck. Also needs to mention there will be someone staying on top of Jungle Machans. Wooden flooring makes upstairs guys noisy & I wouldn't book it had I known earlier. Have stayed in the Canopy Machan & that is really good.
Room was good. Had a flat tyre on departure but the staff was excellent in sorting it out.

IndiaHousekeeping needs to improve. Service is poor and the bathroom and the cabin where we stayed needs deep cleaning and maintenance. It is well furnished but needs a bit of maintenance.
The food service and quality was superb and the staff were friendly and attentive. This was indeed what made the stay warm and most memorable! The ambience is just what one looked for and being with nature really soul stirring. The staff at reception were helpful too.

IndiaContinously phones for Machan was busy, I wanted to inform them that my wife's Birthday is sceduled on 8th July, therefore whatever charges be, i will pay it but please keep a cake and some surprise decoration for the same.. I spoke to Ms Harshali on the same. She had replied that don't worry it won't be charged but will be done from the Hotel side.... To my surprise, i recieved a loaf of cake, of the size of bread... which was so disappointing., Food is very very ezpensive.... One pizza costs Rs 1000/-??????? Even wifi is charged for Rs 500/- per person /per day.... In India, when the internet charges are the minimum..... this hotel talks about whopping price
