The breakfast options are not very good. The sign says that they open at 8am but as of 8:20 they were still assembling the breakfast area. Made planning for early morning excursions a challenge. The location was ok but it's a bit from the city center (more than I had originally thought from the description but do-able with a tuk tuk).

The entrance should be easily accessible to old travelers. There is a flight of 10stairs that one needs to take. Though elevator option is there in the basement the entry point has a steep slope. A bit risky for old traveller's

Location is very close all the major tourist attractions. City palace view from the room and rooftop Cafe is exactly same as shown in the pictures. Breakfast was decent. Very thing was good. No complaints.

I am not sure where the luxury is here. It is new and clean but the electricity in the room failed three times and had to be reset from the roofspace - and l did not use ac, fan or fridge. Certainly no luxury electrics. Food ok but many places in Udaipur have roof restaurants. The room looked onto a high block wall less than 1 metre from the window. Maybe Mangal means no view! Although the hotel is pleasant enough and clean, l didn't find what it calls "boutique luxury". Over priced for what it offers (over 6,000 rupees per night)..

Very well placed position in this absolutely beautiful city. Only a few minutes walk to City Palace but everywhere is accessible by auto from this good location. Hotel looks new but shiny marble floors alone do not make a good hotel.

Toilet holder nearly falling off, hand towel looked dirty. Not made clear to take a picture of the notice board as it indicates that you need to hand in your door key if you want your room cleaned.

Good location, it was new, good staff. Make sure you book 23m room as this was large enough. Breakfast suited me fine as it mainly vegetarian Indian. Staff are good but English seems to an issue with some.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Udaipur. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The room was large with a clean bathroom. Tried the food from the restaurant and it was tasty. The highlight is for sure the rooftop bar/restaurant.

The breakfast, strictly vegetarian and Indian, with not even eggs.

The hotel has an excellent location, at some 900 m from the palace (which can be seen from the terrace). It has nice rooms, decently furnished and heating during the winter, which is a huge plus. Very nice reception staff, we were given the room upon arrival, during the morning, since it was already cleaned up.

There are no laundry services available, breakfast was okayish and the room size was on the smaller side.

The amenities look very new, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is not too bad - one can walk into the city center within 10-15 minutes (note that cars are not allowed into the center), just that the road is not very nice for pedestrians. It's not a very traditional hotel, rather business-style, which is fair and mentioned in the description.

Wet room showers don’t really work as you end up flooding the bathroom and the water was cold for showering. Parking , if travelling with a large mini bus, parking is a problem at this hotel
