Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was good, but the dinner hmmm they have to serve some asian menu.I love indian food but for proper meal we have to have some taste of our own dishes..white or garlic rice.

IndiaWhen i booked for two night the room rent was 27 K and to my surprise it did not include breakfast. On the next day my colleague checked into the same hotel along with me he was charged 21 K for two nights for the same days i had stayed and his rates included breakfast. I was quite disappointed with this. This was more a Booking.com fault when i had enquired.
It was close to my office location and the staff was couteous.

And we wanted a late check out as our flight was next day evening and they charged us half rate until 6 pm, even though we checked in only at 10.30 pm the previous day. Where I come from, in the UAE, if something can be offered to guests free, the hotels are more than happy to give us.I
I visited Mumbai just for one day and we booked this hotel because it as close to the venue that I had to attend . The hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and accommodating.
