Very peaceful and pleasant hostel, the dorm is very calm, the staff is super nice, with good recommendations. There is also a yoga shala on the top floor, with view over the mountains and the city. There is A/C + fan in the dorm. The bedroom has its own balcony with a drying rack.

Toilet paper in the bathroom and a mat for the floor would have been nice.

Staff and Owner are very welcoming and helpful with any inquiry I had. The room was well sized and comfortable. Location is up the hill and not close to a main road, which is nice as there is no constant car noise. There are nice cafes and restaurants 5’ walking distance and I felt save walking around there at any time.

The Moksham is an amazing place in upper Tapovan - very close to many Yoga schools and nice cafés. I stayed in the female dorm and felt always so safe - especially as a female solo traveller. Its very clean and the staff is amazing - treated me like family and arranged everything what I needed! Another nice thing is definitely the little Restaurant downstairs - with really good food… Highly recommend this place! Thank you for Everything!!!! 🙏🏻

If you want to meet new people, not the best hostel because they don't have a common chill place. Sometimes it felt that they got annoyed when asking questions (for example toiletpaper or availability). Pricing wise it was a bit weird because I met one girl who paid 150 rupees more per night and another one who paid 150 rupees less than me. That is a difference of 300 between them for the same room!

My friend recommended me this hostel and I totally understand why. Its a super clean hostel (!), amazing beds, they got cute chill areas in between,great location, nice restaurant, yoga room upstairs to use. They organized my cap back to the airport for a good price and we rented a scooter with them

The location is quite peaceful and within walking distance to the centre and supermarkets. Had a nice studio for yoga practice. The staff is quite helpful and they do have an amazing kitchen.

We loved our stay at Moksham hotel. Had initially planned for two nights but extended it to 4 nights. Very warm hospitality from Mayur and the caretaker Sanjay. The hotel can help you to plan your itinerary and even arrange bike rentals. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The location is a slightly long walk uphill from the main road, but can be easily accessed by two-wheelers. There are a number of great cafes in the vicinity. Overall a safe neighbourhood and a great stay - would highly recommend this place.

The staff were amazing, the rooms clean and the vibe was really friendly and wholesome. The way I was treated made me feel safe, with the staff organising trips for me and giving me hints of how to avoid scams and how to get around in the best way possible. Deffo recommended 👌

The hospitality is first and foremost what stood out, second after that the rooms are wonderful, it’s clean and homey, the lighting in the rooms are just a bonus. The locations is nice and central, i’m honestly so satisfied with this hotel.

I stayed here for two nights and it was quite a good experience. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. And love the decorated open sitting areas on every floor. A special thanks to Mayur for guiding me to roam all the places.

I loved the peaceful atmosphere of Moksham, thanks to its location far from the noise of the centre but still a couple of minutes walk, and it’s nice and helpful staff. I also loved the facilities, the yoga room on the upper floor of the building is great, and the reading spots on every floor with plenty of spiritual books. Super great place, I’ll definitely come back!

1. The towel, and pillows of the second room had a slight after smell of oil (used for massages). Since such oils are quite strong, they don't go away so easily.

1. The property was quite neat and clean, and I really appreciate the effort the staff has taken to maintain that. 2. I enjoyed the peaceful environment at the property, and got the vibe I was looking for. 3. The staff is very courteous. 4. The food at the cafe is great, we enjoyed all meals we had at the cafe. Unlike other cafes, they served everyrhing they had mentioned on their menu.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel the Moksham. Mayur and the rest of the staff were wonderful and always very friendly. This hotel was so lovely that I extended my stay by one week and Mayur gave me a great price and even upgraded my room! The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are quiet, clean and modern, with even Netflix available. The AC and ceiling fan work perfectly and the hot water is always available with no issues! Thanks!

Lovely place, clean & safe. Very well maintained. Mayur made me feel directly at home. Hotel is a little bit uphill and therefore really quiet. A perfect location. I would always come again. Fully recommended.
