Obviously such a good property will have a high price point and that's the only thing we didn't like. We stayed for a night (breakfast included) and had lunch and dinner at the property. Total bill was upwards of INR 60,000!

Loved the cleanliness of the room and the location of the property. Breakfast buffet spread is enormous and the preparation is just amazing - full marks to the chef. Staff was really good and escorted us right up to the room, showed us the various amenities in the room and made us feel comfortable and "wanted". Swimming pool was very clean despite being in an open area - no pigeon droppings, etc. Changing room is fully stocked with towels, lockers and shower.

Absolute top notch 5* hotel, probably the best I‘ve stayed in so far. Unbeatable quality of service, huge suite-style rooms, wonderful atmosphere everywhere. Couldn’t be better.

Location: if you needed to go to Bandra or Juhu, it was a distance away. Just wish people would drive in a better manner, the driving is so unruly & the unnecessary hooting does not portray India in a favourable light. People spitting all over & anywhere - in this day in age I thought that this would have ceased.....so unhygienic. Also sad that there is so much pollution

Breakfast was ok (not as wide a variety as other hotels I stayed at). Room was not always replenished with all the toiletries everyday Nice to stroll/walk on the waterfront - lovely atmosphere

This hotel is nothing short of amazing. We stayed just two nights, and wished we had more. Very comfortable room. Very professional and attentive staff, who gave personalized attention. Our room faced Marine Drive and the water, with great views. The nearby surrounding neighborhood (the side streets around Nariman Point) is quite interesting. About a half-hour walk to the Gateway of India neighborhood. I had left the hotel know that one of us was celebrating a birthday while at the hotel, and they responded with a nice complimentary birthday cake. Good business center with PC’s and printers. Based on the cost, this hotel was a “splurge” for us compared to other rooms in Mumbai and India, but based on what you get, it’s still a great value.

The Indian restaurant in the hotel on floor 1. The waiter didn't warn us we had ordered too much food for two of us and had to give the food away as we ordered too much. Waste of £150! The food was great especially the mains but we ordered way to much and wasn't warned by the lady serving us which is poor service. The lady waiter was caught gossiping about us when we complained about the food we had ordered and she should have notified us it would have been too much for two people.

Everything. We will be coming back here! Pharmacy on site which is handy. Great bar to watch the Mumbai sunset.

I loved everything about my stay. The staff was excellent and made our stay absolutely comfortable throughout. The room was spacious with all possible amenities we needed and a view to die for. Dining throughout was perfect with hot, heart warming food options and the staff made sure all our needs were looked after. A special mention to Mr. Saptak for sharing endless information with us, giving us shopping, dining, sightseeing and transport tips. The location is ideal. Everything is within walking distance. All in all, was an absolutely delightful stay!

On 17 January we had our breakfast early later on around 10am we came down to have a Cup of tea I asked a tall lady in blue uniform unfortunately we were not allowed

Everything was excellent female staff called Avni was brilliant,my check out time was before breakfast beginning time she even arranged for us to have a packed parcel,Suraj who serviced the room was very helpful, courteous and very polite, the male staff who came to assist for baggage was brilliant help load baggage in to Taxi Siddharth was very professional even ordered Uber at my request

No character at all, felt like arriving at an airport. Service not as slick as it should be for the price point, turn down service did not come at the requested time then we received at call at 11pm when going to bed to ask if we wanted anything for the mini bar. The Ziya restaurant was also disappointing, food was average and we arrived with a ‘this is the only table we can give you’ even though we had a reservation.
