No fridge, no water purifier. When you are traveling with kids it might be challenging . Some of stuff members don’t speak English and it was not easy to communicate, especially that you have to come down from your room for any of the requests (no phone in the room)

There was no washing up liquid/bar to clean dishes with and the kitchen only came with kettle, no stove and not even a fridge. Nothing to actually cook anything with. A bit useless. We arrived at 8.30 and couldnt access the wifi because we had not been checked in as the only staff member was the security guard. He was helpful and tried his best but didnt speak any english. International credit cards were not accepted so we had to get cash. It is a little far from the metro so you rely on autos. Otherwise nice enough location. Our apartment 102 was facing the busy road though which was a bit loud. Ask for a room on the other side of the building if you require more silence.

The apartment was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to leave our things with the hotel for a whole day after checking out. Generally very friendly and helpful staff during the day. Housekeeping will clean and change your sheets everyday so if you don’t want this then let them know.

Other olive hotels have induction cookers and refrigerators, but this time they were probably new so we didn’t experience them when we went there.

The bed and quilt are really the best I have ever stayed in except a five-star hotel.

people were frequently allowed to party through the night thereby disturbing others. These people would not listen to the security guy and not even open the door to him. Some of these people were repeat offenders and still management allowed them to stay. Managers and staff who had promised to take action never answered the phone despite promising to respond.

Partying low life thugs who drink/smoke with loud karaoke and marriage parties frequent this property. Some of the partying people are repeat offenders who don’t care about others and the complaints and management including manager Fiaz and receptionist Shwetha are a bunch of liars supporting such thugs and do nothing to address their menace.

Unfriendly staff. Got a price on booking and when I got to the hotel I was supposed to pay tax and other fees. When I later complain, they said they would refund the money... But I have not received any money back.

The place is used for partying by local goons and antisocial elements who bring females and party through the night. Management lie about evicting these people after 2-3 warnings if they continue to be noisy but this is not true. Local Mla’s son and lawyer use it regularly to party and they don’t care about others and management does nothing

We had done prior booking. when we reached we were given a room which was not cleaned and arranged for guests. When we told the staff about it then only they gave us a clean apartment. Since its an apartment, we expect to have mini fridge, dish wash soap n sponge, knife. We had to ask for water bottles and wifi, it was not provided without asking.

It’s a drunkards paradise. People partying all night with staff not stopping them. On two successive nights we could not sleep because of the party noise which went on until 6am.
