Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe reception staff were very poor, they didn't know how to talk and handle customers. The rooms were clean but had a mouse in the room. Only the restaurant and the view was very nice. Also the food was good.

IndiaI booked this hotel because of the rates and also the roof top pool. But they didn't mention it anywhere that pool is out of service before ! If they would mention it before , I could've booked another hotel which their pool was actually accessible.

IndiaJust because it was booked from Bookings.com, Receptionist did something and increased fare immediately from 1733/-(Booked price) to Rs 2018/-, i took at at around 11:30 pm but Room allotted to me was of their worst. Since i was so tired by than i went to Bed and slept with my Son. In the morning, i kept on calling Reception but phone was responded after full one hour and Hotel was having only one Towel, they said Not available this is last cleaned towel they have. No other facility available, No Dental Kit etc etc. Finally i checked out around 11:30 am.

Omanbed wasnt made. there were dead insects on and in betweeen sheets. but one call and the house keeping did an ecellent job by changing the sheets in no time. i think a pest control is necesssary, since there were small cockroaches roaming around here and there in the night. wasnt a big bother, but i think it would do them good if they took care of the small nitty gritties. plus sending the gst bill on time also would be appreciated.
dint have breakfast from the hotel, since i got up very late. the microbrewery and the disco floor was worth the shortcomings. location was ideal for me. only problem is they havent updated my bill with the mistake in the gst details.

Indiaexcept breakfast i found nothing that could be praised. There as a bar on the terace, loud music, and it continued till 4am in the morning.
Breakfast was the only good thing that we found in the hotel. The rooms had insects roaming around on the floor. It had a kettle but no power to it, no good toiletries, and towels were in the poorest condition.
