I have to think really hard for this since this place is awesome Here is a small one: I wish there was toilet tissues in the washroom.

Host "pi" is amazing. He is professional, caring and passionate about his business. That makes everything else better!

Infrastructure can ge improved a bit

Everything about the property was fantastic and I must say the owner knows the art of hospitality.He goes that extra mile to make his guests feel satisfied which is absolutely necessary in the hospitality industry. And his wife is a tremendous chef who is personally trained by her husband who is a hospitality graduate. A MUST VISIT WITHIN MINIMUM BUDGET

Nice and cozy rooms. Perfect location in the city and all the main places are walkable. The owner is very kind and helpful. Nice and cheap food. Great for backpackers

Doors are tight and water force is not good from taps. This is because of non functional due to riots.

Excellent support by the staff and the Owner. Food is very good like home. Owner is very nice person and take good care.

Food you may not like but that's how I expected North Indian food to taste there so it was okay from my side

The owner was the best . He guided us through every step. It felt like home there ,price is also reasonable, room were very well furnished and hygienic. Staffs were also way too friendly

Awesome place for Solo Traveler looking for budget options! Host is super helpful. Location is close to Kangla fort and IMA market.

Small rooms but clean rooms, very polite and helpful staff, central location. Perfect for solo travelers on a budget, they do have better rooms as well slightly higher prices but worth it. The restaurant on the premises offers good food at affordable pricing plus point there . Most importantly the clean bathrooms and rooms are what make it really good for budget travel.

Service and Owner hospitality is awesome, he was very frank, helped to secure our Bike parking personally supported to visit the close by places. The hotel has the restaurant and food was amazing

The hotel owner is extremely friendly and humble and an ethical person. The food was amazing and also the rooms were clean. Location is at the heart of the city. Everything about this hotel is just too good. Plus the price of the stay is also reasonable.

The owner and the staff were immensely humble and polite upto the extent it compels u to rethink if u urself have ever been this nice to anyone ever. Other than the stained bedsheet (which they immediately replaced) and a cockroach. I had the best stay ever the bed was too comfy almost like home. And they gracefully kept my second phone secured and safe which i left in my room by mistake till i picked it back. Please note while my walk back down i had a peek at the double bed room which was way bigger and better. I'd recommend that room over the single bed room(which I chose) anyday. This is a clean place as a whole and owner is always unconditionally eager to take ownership he will fix the issue instantly if u find one and point it out. I'd recommend this to any extrovert bagpacker anyday.

We had two rooms a double and a single. The double was perfect however the single room can be a bit small for visitors with a lot of luggage. Would highly recommend the double for the best stay.

Wonderful host and staff. Very accommodating to our request and quick to help us in every respect, from arranging transport, to helping us navigate the city. Wonderful rooms especially and very well maintained. It was a live save to have the restaurant on premises, the food was enjoyable and would highly recommend to order even for takeout

You can give a bottle of water to every customer and you can charge for it ( Mineral water bottle) The rest is ok , "superb" And the staff who serve me was super he rally deserve it . Thanks

When you arrive at the location, it is a little confusing as the shutter is closed, probably due to the disturbances in the area. The view from window is completely blocked.

Location was good. Standard double room was a little small but clean. Toilet was clean. Food was good but a bit on the costly side. Host Pai was not only friendly and helpful but available all the time.
