As the property is situated in slope area,u hv to climb the steps to go to ur room or go outside. So people with knee problem will hv difficulty to access their room. And to go to beach we had to walk some around 1km so this property is not on Beachfront as mentioned in the website.

Room is spacious. Liked the cleanliness. Room service was quick.

Reception staff were not great - didn't offer any information and were less welcoming than everywhere else we stayed in India. Our room was only cleaned once during a 4 night stay. Breakfast was limited compared to other hotels we stayed in on this trip.

Nice surroundings and good room with a balcony (although not a great view). Close to the beach. Excellent food in the restaurant. The service in the bar/ restaurant was exceptional thanks to Satyam. Nice pool area. Although there were only two sunbeds by the pool, they were available both afternoons that we wanted to use them.

The steps were a little too high for kids and older folks. The structure of the resort that is a little too thin, I can hear the people upstairs and where they were walking around.

Friendly staff, Santosh, who works at the restaurant, Monarch, was very accommodating and attentive. I was hungry and wanted to dine for breakfast before checking in. He kindly made that happened and trusts me enough to pay at a later time after I checked in.

There is no beach access. The public beach is 500m away and that too it's not a beach that anyone goes to. For the high price, we would have preferred a resort on the beach in Goa. Toiletries provided were very limited and of poor quality. There were frequent power cuts and AC stopped working for a couple of hours.

The hospitality is great. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are good size and comfortable. Bathrooms are newly painted. Food was delicious

As per room tariff the amenities was not up-to mark. In a room which is equal to or more than 5000 per night, the size of room and washroom should be large as compare to room provided to us. There should be 1-2 activities or games or little music or dance room in the property.

Property was calm and clean. Staff was very good. Santosh from restaurant was very good in dealing. Thanks to him for taking care of guests. Food was tasty.

The water that you provide in copper bottles is not good. Actually customers prefer sealed water bottle but despite of requeating they did not provide us sealed bottle they stated sealed bottle is chargeable. Also the bed sheets were not changed on daily baisis which is again an unavoidable behaviour.

Great location, superb resort, a great place to stay in north goa, food is delicious but costly. Well mannered staff.

What I didn't like is actually i got hurt on my leg in hotel itself as cut the was deep there was continue blood flow and staff gave us first aid also. We did dressing and went to sleep when i got i saw there were some blood marks on their blanket from my leg. Manager called me was like why didn't you tell me n all. Then we personally went to show him that see i got hurt and we had gone to doctor. They charged us extra 1000 for that blood stains that were there. Thats very cunning part that i saw as if we did it purposely

I had a nice view from my room. Room was spacious and had all basic amenities. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Location was good, just couple of mins walk from the beach.

All the personnel were friendly and willing to assist us. Thank you to Eric for all he did for us. The staff even assisted us in booking our flights to Kochi. The Ragalia and all the staff will definitely see us again.

Around 30mins electricity cut almost every day or every alternate day. Breakfast served is amazing but if you go after 9am then it's not served hot. Hotel management could think of using low flames to keep the food hot. It's not a complain but just a suggestion to improve services, otherwise, we just loved our stay.

No onsite parking and the property is not the best for the differently abled.

Staff were exceptionally helpful - Dipankar and Ganesh in the resto bar helped us get early breakfast on the day we were leaving. Property and staff seemed effortless
