A confusion created by one of the overzealous chefs resulted in us leaving with a slightly bitter aftertaste than what otherwise would have been a perfect holiday. But it is not something that may happen to others. So there’s that.

Beautiful, big and well maintained property. Proximity to nice and clean beach. Road access is very good. Parking space available. Multiple restaurants including a beach side one. Food quality was excellent. Staff in general was very welcoming and helping. The pool was excellent and so was the landscaping and gardens. Cycling around the property was a pleasure. Excellent place to spend some days away from the rush of daily life.

there was a corporate event at susegado which caused a lot of noise and nuisance and was a bit of a dampener.

We had a bit of a "bump" with the reservation. There's a discrepancy between what's shown on Booking.com website, and what's available at the property. Bcs of that we had a minor inconvenience duringthe checkin, but it was all sorted out.

Location- right on the cleanest and quietest beach of the South Goa. Beautiful layout. Very spacious and comfortable rooms and suits. Big terraces. Delicious breakfast for any dietary needs. Exceptionally polite and helpful staff. "Conflict" resolution skills- outstanding. Room amenities are fantastic, and housekeeping service is amazing. Huge property. Lots of walking in the shaded footpaths among the greenery, and for those with mobility issues - golf buggies available all the time. Easy parking. Little spoils and treats throughout the day: the hotel provides free refreshing drinks from morning on the beach and at the pool, with disposable cups. A selection of SPF creams to use was an added bonus! Always plenty of towels and sunbeds. Difficult to mention everything, bcs it was all really caring, warm, pampered and memorable

Well managed property with excellent greens. The horticulturist Mr Mario gave a detailed overview of how he planted the 50+ acres of property. It was an awesome beach front aswell

One of the best stays and awesome property. So much to explore on this property, Had a long walk across the space, used most of their amenities, well maintained at every corner. They upgraded my room as well. Overall a brilliant experience and would like to visit again.

Beautiful beach location and wonderful staff. Lots of activities and things to do on site. We ate multiple times on the beachside restaurant and it was beautiful. Excellent breakfast too!

The room where we stayed needs replacement of old carpet/mirror and most importantly modern temperature control system. We missed indoor games facilities during hot weather (1to 4 pm)

The staff are exceptional. The grounds, the pool, and the beach area are spotless and beautiful. The attention to detail is amazing. We also loved that you could pick up bikes and ride around the grounds for free.

What can I say. The staff at the St. Regis made our stay there most memorable. Starting with the welcome team Zakaria, Kunal and especially Jeeya. What a spectacular welcome. Thank you so much for all the special attention you gave us. The Susegado team and the beach staff...Nitesh, Sahil, Tejas, Sourav, Paul the bartender, Salim, Shaik, Nityanand, thank you for making us feel so welcome everyday. An of course Miri. I learned that the hotel had recently renovated 100 rooms, my room was not one of them - I felt although it had a stunning view, the room itself was a little dated.

The property overall was stunning, it felt like a slice of paradise and the staff were beyond amazing. Perfect property for a solo trip that was meant for relaxing and recharging.
