Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe food available for lunch and dinner in the restaurants included in the "full board" was "limited" and didn't match the quality expected from a leading 5 star hotel. I would have expected much more with regards to choice and quality from such a hotel, in particular regarding local cuisine. To our surprise we found the meals we had on the latter part of our holiday in Goa and also at the JW Marriot (Mumbai airport) to be better.
The attention by the staff is exceptional, the check in was flawless from airport to the room (do take advantage of using their car service to and from the airport, way better than messing about with the taxis). We had a sea view club room in the palace part and it was simply perfect, the house keeping staff were incredible regarding attention to detail. The Spa and fitness centre were excellent.

The (India gate view) room was a dream. There was a large function just below us on the last night, and we were very thoughtfully offered a more quiet room to sleep in. The staff were just wonderful

This iconic hotel is in a stunning location and the service was amazing, with housekeeping anticipating our every need. It was noted that we had a number of books so they left us lots of book marks and spectacle cleaners as they saw we had spectacles! All the toiletries were replenished twice a day. Breakfast was a delight with a mix of silver service and buffet. Staff were so attentive and eager to please. The hotel itself was beautiful. The views from our room looked out across Gateway to India and the Arabian Sea. Just amazing. We would give this hotel 10 stars if we could!
