If your look for super big rooms this May not be for you but it was just perfect for my one night in Agra! It was so clean , bright and everything worked !

This place was a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptional! There are a few places in Agra that don’t look like their pictures. This is NOT one of those places ! And the staff where so nice !

Very nice clean hotel ,good facilities . Breakfast is good with lots of variety and also had a delicious dinner . Staff members are very welcoming and friendly , and they make you feel like family from the moment you arrive . Easy access to Taj Mahal and sites . Highly recommend this hotel.

The description to reach the hotel at booking.com ("behind the hilton") was missleading. It is two crossings away from the hilton.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Every request was handled fast, professional, friendly and uncomplicated (not typical for indian service). The room was nice, large and clean.

Very very clean. I mean in front of the hotel, reception, restaurant, our room. Our room was cleaned every day. Staff was really kind and helpful. They speak really well English. We had in our room everything we wanted (do not laugh because in India it is not like this in every hotel) namely: towels, toilet paper,hot water, good wifi, soap, shower gels, shampoo, even hair conditioner and moisturizer, drinking water, kettle, tea. We liked also their restaurant. We had included breakfast also and I think it was good decision. You can choose from the menu and from continental, indian to something sweet. This also applies for the dinner. Additionally they have also room service so you can order to your room. They also have hair dryer, just ask on reception. Another important thing is that you can pay by card. Location was more calm, hypermarket on the opposite of the street, 5 minutes by walk and you reach market with local street food, fruit and vegetables, and restaurants.

We felt a bit akward when asking for something in room. Mostly all staff when you open the door push their way through to get in your room, otherwise were nice and helpful.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The food in the restaurant was decent, had some room service and breakfast. The staff is very helpful.

Felt strange because so empty when I was there. Far from attractions

This place is good, clean for India. The staff were very attentive. The room was a good size and there is a restaurant. Though it's far from all the attractions there is a night market on the street and a big supermarket across the road.

the staff asked the check out time is 10am and started to give continuous multiple calls on the room line. it was so frustrating as the booking details clearly mention checkout time is upto 11.
