The location is everything. Fantastic scenery and landscapes. Cosy, luxury-style cabins offering stunning views of The Western Ghats. A wonderful bar and restaurant with great food. We loved that no children are allowed - peaceful bliss!

Infra needs a bit upgrade in Rooms, Buggy Frequency can be increased reducing time. Activities can be better Spaced out. Yoga can start at 8 instead of 7.

Architecture is very nice. Each cottage has an amazing view and is located at the top of the trees. it’s a luxury cottage constructed as a tree house. Restaurant food is excellent with amazing choices. Walking through the property is nice with nice pool and gym. Also has a very nice game room.

That we were there for only one day. Would have loved to have 2 or 3 days, but we had set up an itinerary that did not give flexibility.

The hotel is a series of chalets all positioned to enjoy the lush vegetation and plantation views. Quite possibly the best hotel room we have stayed in with a lovely balcony and well designed spacious room designed to max the views from your bed. Staff brilliant and must give a special mention to Ashweth for his informative morning walk. The restaurant was also excellent. There is nothing to fault about this place.

This is a beautiful & unique hotel. The rooms are large tree houses with amazing views of the rain forest & coffee plantation. Spacious & comfortable. Food great in lovely restaurant. There are tracks around the property so you can walk around a lot.

booking experience was horrible. They called me many times to make the advanced payment, while booking.com has the free cancellation policy and after that the full ammount will be deducted from credit card. Beside, i beleive more free yoga and long trekking should be available.

I loved the nature and the harmony of the hotel with the nature. The staff were really supportive, I would like to name of them in the restaurant, Sohrab, who was very polite and supportive.

The rooms allotted to the guests should be properly aired and freshened up. Since they are all wooden cottages, the room smells of wood aroma which is not very conducive.

Location for serving the Breakfast was awesome. The ambience was perfect and the staff was well trained and very courteous.

The wifi at times was slow. Also, the links to In room dining and a few others were in-operational at times. The former is understandable, but the latter can be improved upon. Everything else was amazing.

This is probably the best property in Coorg. Green, lush, full of waterfalls, pleasant, calm and serene. The cottages are nicely made. The pathways are fun to walk upon. There are a few walking trails. The plantation walk and the coffee experience was great. The resort has a lot of activities, different on each day of the week. The buffet food, both breakfast and dinner was incredible. Would highly recommend and we're probably making it an annual tradition to come here with family.

the fact that they dont have a 24 hour menu and an extremely limited all day menu is surely something they could work at. We reached half an after the buffet shut and had to eat an ordinary pizza and sandwich for lunch. I understand there are logistical hurdles to maintain the the property but something better could surely be worked out.

its beautiful, i think a night at the property is just not enough. It was pouring all the while i was there and i missed all the activities but heck im going to come back for sure.
