There was a language barrier in play, so some things got lost in translation but overall everything was made up for with enthusiasm!

They were amazing, this hotel is newly renovated and was a welcome luxury after some of the lesser hotels we stayed at in Delhi and Agra. I was dealing with an ailment before arriving there and they personally took me to two different doctors, translated for and transported me to get it sorted. This small town felt very safe and tight-knit, and the staff of this hotel felt the same. Also the pool was amazing. Would love to stay here again!

Nothing as such.. Food, however, is overpriced, but the decent taste & portion size just sort of make up for it.. Check out time is 11 am - massive inconvenience if you go on a morning safari.. You return around 10- 10:30 & have no time for a shower.. Though they very kindly serve breakfast to those who return from the safari late.. They could delay check-in by another hour, but must allow a check out by 12 pm, even though it doesn't take more than an hour to prepare a room...

Great location - bang on the main road with easy access to the town as well as the National Park; very polite front office staff (though they could be more welcoming & happier), exceptionally good and polite restaurant staff, immaculate rooms, spotlessly clean, good breakfast with nice taste & varied choices which they happily serve even to the late comers (those who go on morning safaris); lovely aesthetics overall.. Wish we stayed longer..

It was really a beautiful hotel, but a couple of small things could be improved: the shower runs hot for a very limited time, and the temperature was cold during our stay, so a longer, hotter shower would be better. The TV struggled a bit with English channels. We went on a safari, but this hotel did not provide any blankets. We picked up guests from another hotel, and were provided with blankets by them

This is a beautiful hotel, colonial in style, with high ceilings decorated with Rajasthani patterns. Everywhere was scrupulously clean. The staff were very mild mannered, polite and helpful. The food was amazing. The grounds were pleasant, (but were undergoing some garden renovations when we visited) with monkeys playing on the walls.

Great property but what stood out were the staff. Everyone was so courteous and accommodating. We loved our stay throughly…the only problem we faced slightly was getting transport from the property due to the location of the property, which although being great in terms of closeness to the tiger reserve was remote for taxis and autos. Wasn’t the property’s fault but something to keep in mind and plan ahead accordingly.

Very limited choices for food. It might be possible due to the off-season but they realized and did not charge anything for food. On my last visit, there were plenty of options for food which raised my expectations:).

Staff attitude towards customers is very good. The owner offered me a special curd which was awesome.

They probably could have kept some options for kids to enjoy.

They bowled us over by filling the Mini Bar and informing that it was on the house for the first time. The staff were very good and bent backwards to make us feel at home. The property was clean and enjoyable

Food service- slow

We went to RTR on a long weekend and stayed at The Tiger Villa. The property is recently made and is fresh and new. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The food service is bit slow which needs to be worked on. It is right on the main road and very near to the Reserve gates so the Pickup and Drop service is very convenient. Would like to try it again!

Everything was very good.

Location of the hotel was quite close to my destination (Tiger Reserve) as well as some other business centers in the city. Room was look wise very excellent and comfortable, definitely well planned heritage hotel in the city ever seen. Food was fresh, delicious and like home made. Room service very good.

It is very comfortable and luxurious place to visit, the staff was co-operative and supportive , food and ambience was excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The service wasn’t great in most aspects. They didn’t know how to use the card machine, sometimes our room service orders weren’t correct, and when we were in a rush to leave our aloo paratha took over 45 minutes to be made, we ended up leaving without it. The boiler has minimal hot water in so it runs out very quickly.

The room was nice & the staff were always friendly. The water in our room stopped working twice and they fixed it very quickly.

We seemed to be the only people staying. The dining room was vast and impersonal with several mobile AC units scattered around. Food quality was poor.

It is a newly renovated property, Room linens were really good. Staff was very well behaved. A must visit place in Ranthambore. :)
