The house keeping was poor & slow. Food in general is terrible. The only highlight is the great kabab factory which is really outstanding.

Great location & extremely beautiful beach. But, it’s so crowded it’s a shock.

- We expected a bit more cleanliness in rooms, pools needed to be cleaned regularly, some thoughts on evenings where missing like cozy romantic ambient was mssing. A bit heart in whatever you do would help. - Rooms are definitely not ~70m2 as published.

The kitchen was the main highlight. The stay was made comfortable thanks to Sandeep, Abhinav, Ankush, Amit, Rupal and Sudip. Great team and made us feel always comfortable and took good care. Thanks once again for your hospitality. The cooks took our wishes in a good way. We really enjoyed the dinners:).

The resort is away from the city so having a car is ideal. There is nothing much around the resort so dining and entertainment options are limited.

The pool was big and was a saltwater pool unlike other hotels which has chlorine in the pool water. The food options are good with great breakfast spread and an exclusive kebab restaurant. The staff were helpful and the rooms were big and clean.

Beautiful location and layout far from the madding crowd...lovely chalet room with large bathroom and balcony...excellent staff all across the resort...Executive Chef Palwinder Singh took special care of everything and all the restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly...housekeeping staff including Sahil Kumar cleaned the room very well...the buggy boys Vijay Hari and Murugan were always around whenever we needed them...and the front desk people Chinar Somita and Udhayasankar were very polite and prompt...an excellent resort in Pondicherry and we liked almost everything about the place...highly recommended

changing rooms in pool area could be better for this high end place. it was very basic.

resort style and very nicely architected. Rooms are very comfortable and large. Bathrooms are well designed. we took lagoon view which was very nice. beach access is good. it might be nice if resort kept a buggy service to beach. breakfast is amazing and food too. chef said we could order outside of menu and he will accommodate!

The location of the hotel is about 10 km away from Pondicherry. Going around with Uber was a challenge, all drivers asked for extra money on top and you had to haggle your way through it. Even getting one was complicated. You are close to Eden beach, but not really at the beach. You need to get out of the hotel and walk about 150 meters to get to it. The beach was a disappointment: it is supposed to be one of the cleanest beaches in India, but it wasn't clean at all. On top of that, men are expected to wear shirts all the time and women be fully dressed. The hotel seems to cater more for an Indian crowd, rather than an international one, so even being at the swimming pool in a bathing suit felt a bit out of place.

The room we stayed in was spectacular. The overall complex had beautiful gardens and were well tended to. The Indian part of the breakfast (dosas, for example) were very nice. We ate twice for dinner and both times were very good. I can definitely recommend the buffet dinner that they offer with kababs. You get an offering of veg or non-veg and are offered as many servings as you want of these small dishes, it was very nice.
