The wallpaper was coming off the wall in the hall of the room. That’s not a huge problem of course, but it stands out, because the rest is so well taken care of. And the wifi connection was not very strong..

We really liked this hotel/apartment! I think it’s located in the coolest area of Bandra, packed with nice bars and restaurants. A very good place to acclimatise. The room was clean and well decorated. I like the concept; everyone has his own room, and you share a kitchen with two (or three?) other rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the 7th floor, so we had an amazing view.

when I booked the place it was not clear to me I would share the kitchen with three other rooms. and the door to the shared space was always open, even though you can and should lock it

There was construction work going on opposite the hotel. Some nights it was hard to sleep because of the noise as cement mixers kept working throughout the night. .

Breakfast was simple but good. But it was a typically Indian breakfast. Very little was done to cater to the Non Indian guests staying in the hotel.

What's not super clear when booking is that the 'apartment' you're renting is not self-contained. We had an apartment with 4 bedrooms, each of which is rented to different people, sharing the kitchen/dining area. It's not the worst but it does mean that there can be other people right outside your door eating and hanging out when you just want to make a cup of tea in your underwear. Also the hot water had to be 'switched on' but they didn't tell us that during check in so we had cold showers thinking it was broken and we'd get it sorted in the morning. There's a building site next to this place and work goes on from very early until very late, so pack ear plugs.

Location is ideal for exploring Bandra West. The place is nicely designed, modern and they've clearly made a nice effort to court the young modern traveller. Room was small but comfy with tv, wifi etc etc. Bathroom was a little small but well put together.

The noise of the construction is just unbearable. Our first night seemed fine but on the second night the construction continued till 12am without any exaggeration. So much so that I even tried to call the police but noone answered.

The property is super comfy and very clean with an amazing location. The staff are very helpful and everything is sparkling.

receptionists were extremely personable, polite and helpful. As a non-resident of India, I was unable to access local apps without a local phone number but they helped us book cabs & order food from their personal devices whenever we needed it. The rooms were bright, delightful, and clean. Fast wifi connectivity from anywhere in the space (no dark spots). Theres a shared space outside the rooms that can be used as a dining/working space which makes it really convenient. Situated in a really convenient location - 20-30 mins from the airport and close to good localities to explore nearby. Lots of food options, shops etc.

There was a huge construction going on right outside the building and it was VERY noisy, it felt like an earthquake which started at 6AM on A sunday. I would have expected the staff to warn us about it at least or provide ear plugs. we did not sleep much those nights. without the construction, i would recommend it.

Everything was great - the decor, the room was comfortable, the location was ideal. Great for a 3 night busy stay in Mumbai.

The maintainence needs to be better …bathroom drains were choked…flush needed maintainence …main door want working

Location is excellent… It is v well situated ….but noisy because of the construction next door … Staff is nice …the watchman is v helpful and pleasant … But things like the iron is taken by other guests and not returned ..I did not get one till the next day…also it’s a gamble on how yr neighbouring guest is .. Ours was a noisy and messy fellow who kept using the kitchen even at 2.30 at nyt… Keeping all food containers and unwashed plates and bowls ..looked like a party of four …so be prepared for disturbed sleep But the cleaner was v nice as he came immediately and cleaned up the mess when we called

Construction noise next door. Internet shut down for one night, and no one to attend at reception. Linen old and worn. Wall paper peeling in the room.

the property don’t have a menu or like a proper restaurant through which we can offer food.

I liked the room and the location of the property. all the (good) restaurants are on a walking distance. the property is pure veg and only provide breakfast (which is tasteful).
