Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). Abkhazia, GeorgiaThe cleanliness in and around the corridors etc. could be improved for a better environment. There was no water pressure in the shower, needs to be looked into before the guests check-in.
Breakfast was to order, not bad at all. Simple and limited menu given that its a budget hotel. Staff was courteous and always there for you. The manager too, was hands on and very helpful. In the small tariff that is charged I feel it is a great stay, very peaceful and quite in the middle of the busy old Delhi area.

IndiaThe room for two people was very bad , non spacious. If you have more than one luggage, do not opt for that room . If you are moving in the room , you will be getting hurts here and there as there is no space . And for the washroom, if I don't say any word that is only good . No words for that washroom.

IndiaVery very rude behaviour of manager. We had booking of 1 night bt they said booking was only for 6hrs. After complaining to booking.com and after they sent mail still they were not ready to give the room to us. Aftr about 1 hr of heated argument and when we said we will call the police then the manager finally let us talk with the owner and gave us the room. I am a doctor(M.B.B.S) by profession and had gone to various hotels bt never faced such harrasment and the manager infact tried to snatch away my husband's mobile as he was trying to make a video of the entire scene. I will never again visit this hotel and will not recommend anyone to stay there

IndiaThe room did not have a AC and the room was very poorly maintained and not at all like the photos they showed ...also no water heater it was a cold day in Delhi and it was very hard to take bath in cold water...there was not much of a food option and the service is very negligent they don't care much about you or your stay.
