We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We are two girls traveled for work. we saw room and decided to not stay here because of security reason. So far from city and lie on out of area from city. so we go to another hotel. hotel staff is rude and ask extra money. atmosphere and view ouy of balcony is nothing. every where is construction on ongoing.

NepalThis hotel is nowhere near patna city, very far from patna junction and main city. The hotel corridor was very dirty, they had pile of dirt collected in front of the room. The room itself was not very clean, used dirty blanket was inside the wardrobe and bed sheet and pillow cover was also not clean. No towel inside the room, had to ask for it. While checking out the owner was shouting and yelling at other guest.
