They need to improve on how a resident can connect for room service or bell boys. There is no such options in the room and the floor. For every thing one has to call the reception in # 8 or # 25. Which during daytime still had responsive staff, but very rude and bad resource between 7 pm to 10 pm. Mostly the line will be engaged, one can never get through the reception. No body on the floor and if we need anything I should go down to the reception. As a solo travel on work at the end of the day not able to order dinner or get water bottle was not a great experience for me. While I did try giving this feedback 2 -3 times at the reception they were not wanting to accept it and kept insisting we are getting other residents calls. The issue was only in the evening and am sure it can improve if the management looks into who is on duty at that time. Otherwise the place was really nice, but this issues every evening has put me off.

The booking confirmation from FabHotel is very tedious. They made me call them 10 times even after sending full payment and couldn't check into the Hotel before 9pm though the payment was made in the afternoon. Higly un professional and care vey less for customer's anxiety

The bathrooms were not clean, bed sheet were teared. Cockroaches in room and toilets. Breakfast was pathetic and waiter was really rude and pathetic.

The Window could note be closed and all the noise of the busy road could be heard. I did not rest, which for me is the most important thing in a hotel. Besides in the bathroom next to the toilet there was a strange brown stain.

Despite telling the staff that I will be leaving by 10 am. Instead of completing the formalities beforehand they made me wait for a good 30 minutes. Need better training

Hotel management is very bad as they won’t allow any of our guests to be taken to room nor they have any lobby space for guests to visit and chat. We booked this hotel for its location and availability of closer proximity for various activities and travel to airport for US flight. My in laws and parents were came to visit us at hotel and they wouldn’t allow them to room and front desk lady was very rude accommodating the request instead complained to hotel manager and he won’t listen to the problem nor could provide an alternative solution for small talks with family who came to visit and talk to us from very far away cities. Very rude manager and told us to leave with all the luggage we had. On top of that, valet was parking our car in the construction area in the ground floor and next morning we had flat tires and we’re almost missed my parents visa appointments and they had to take taxi to reach there. So many other complaints within the room and not at all clean inside. Stay away from this hotel and not book it based on fake and edited pictures you see on here.

Nothing, it was all construction and repairs with dusty floors and worst appearance.
