The room had no view and closed curtains but this was a minor niggle given that keeping cool was all important, the location was near enough to ATM's and shops but any sightseeing would need a taxi. I can see how the hotel is quite hard to find as its 150m up the road off the main road and not well signposted.

Situated on a little industrial site off the main road, the Hotel is well located for the main airport. The Hotel itself is good quality with a small outdoor restaurant under a canopy next to a small and clean swimming pool which I enjoyed. The rooms were very comfortable with a large bath/shower area that was quite luxurious. I enjoyed the food although extensive room service was available I chose to go and use the restaurant. Staff were very helpful and attentive and I felt I was well looked after. Towels and water were changed quickly and the room was cool with both a fan and aircon. The staff also let me stay an extra day when my plans changed, I was grateful for that.

My room had a pillar right in front of the wardrobe which made the room looks smaller and the AC air flowing d only on the extreme end bed not the one below it making it slightly discomforting.

Breakfast is awful.

The stay and room are good, quite satisfied however, the breakfast is not at all up to the marks. The toast machine was not working, and the options are so less that there is no option by choosing your kind of food. On the website the cuisine is showing continental but there was no option of conti food at all. Staffs are good and helpful, and room is also good and cleaned.

The property overlooks a residential area, which (as mentioned) might not be everyones cup of tea, though I really enjoyed that perspective of the city right from my room's window. One thing worth mentioning was the 50% additional fee for early check-in. We arrived at 7am and stayed for one night, and had to pay 50% of the whole booking when we arrived. Not a complaint as such, as it is reasonable enough policy... but worth knowing for anyone planning to stay as we were not informed to this beforehand!

Close to the airport, affordable and great for a little stop over for a couple of nights. Comfortable and cool in a little room, surprisingly quiet given how busy and full of life the surrounding area is. The hotel felt tidy and clean and staff helpful, ordering a taxi for us whenever we needed which always arrived in good time. A little swimming pool next to the breakfast area is a nice touch, with a small breakfast selection with a few options, perfect to set you up for the day. In a busy/hustle-bustly residential area with lots of character and cultural flare, which might not be everyones cup of tea but a great opportunity to see a genuine side to the city. Had a pleasant stay and a fun day in Mumbai, wandering the streets in the evening near the property, which to me felt very safe and enjoyable.

Nothing much to pen down...TV/phone sometimes does not work...NO Soap/shampoo or toiletries are provided....only body lotion and hand wash...this time the hand jet had some issues, last time the flush was not stopping...small issues...do not affect your stay, but overall experience comes down...

Decent rooms, good location (but noisy in the day time), small rooms...so only for sleeping and nothing else...Good staff, breakfast spread was just OK...did not taste anything this time. Overall a good stay for business/mtngs for a couple of days...not more...:)

they make you inform the front desk to clean the room when you leave the hotel each day. This was not informed during check-in. it should be the converse... if you do not want your room cleaned, you need to inform the front desk.

our room was not made when we came back from our trip around the city in the evening. breakfast left a lot to be desired. location- winding narrow street with poor car access, windows overlooking a huge apartment complex

staff seemed very friendly and helpful. we got a suite, so the sofa bed helped accommodate the 3rd traveler. bathroom was clean and fresh with a nice shower

I paid cash on arrival .. next day when I was check out .. the reception person Mr Ahmed not found entry of my cash .. he waste my 20 minutes .. also to my surprise he ask me can you pay again .. one of the worst experience ever .. other staff at kitchen room serving were very nice but Mr Ahmed was very arrogant .. I ask gur cash receipt but he did not will send you later
