Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IndiaStaff, mainly the housekeeping department was very rude and not receptive towards any concerns. They will very conveniently make everything your fault. The front desk and restaurant people were decent.
The location of the hotel is superb. Almost everything is at walkable distance and becomes easy to explore on foot. The bed and other facilities provided in the room are good too.

IndiaArea of improvement: 1. House keeping no 400 don’t pick up calls. You have to call the reception for room service. I asked receptions for handtowel & glass one night & didn’t get it. Next morning again i called them still it didn’t come after 20 mins again I reminded them. 2. Three pin socket charging is not there near the bed. Only USB is there. 3. Wifi doesn’t work at all. 4. Tea was never upto the mark.
1. Restaurant staff made sure we get the yummy breakfast with excellent service. We were late for the breakfast they made sure we had everything. 2. Excellent location since Kashi Vishwanath temple, Kaal Bhairav temple are walkable distance. Also Vishwanath Misthan bandar food is awesome & I highly recommend for food lovers. location is safe too. 3. Hotel interior is beautiful.Room were neat & clean. I think hotel deserves a 4 star rating. 4. They have a little gym to explore which hardly 3 star hotels have which made my stay memorable.

AustraliaThe receptionists were rude and arrogant when providing them feedback about my stay. When I mentioned about the lack of cleanliness of the rooms and also there was a maintenance person spraying pesticide which was very strong in fumes the receptionists made jokes in their language about me providing feedback but did not realise I understood their language. Pesticide should not be sprayed when guests present. Overall very unprofessional behaviour from the staff. Rooms dirty and cleaning staff do not follow proper cleaning sequence procedures. Found water bottles sitting with dirty linen in a trolley and then staff put those water bottles in rooms for guests. Disappointed with cross contamination. Again when brought to the staff’s attention was met with attitude towards me. Rooms needed maintenance attention too with broken bathroom door handles. Again ignored when asked to fix the issue. The advertisement of the hotel doesn’t match what you receive. Photos are deceptive. Outside the hotel you will experience people spitting parn or bittlenut on the walkway. Coughing and spitting at hotel entrance. Plenty of people stand outside the hotel ready to rip you off with temple tours and auto rickshaw. Be prepared and careful. Holy places are one thing but these people do not care and ready to rip you off. Do your homework in pricing of tours.

RomaniaHorror!!! It is a hotel that I do not recommend even if the accommodation were free! It was the worst accommodation in my life! Dirty linen, terrible smell throughout the hotel, they gave only a minimum of bathroom products, humidity in the bathroom, hot water did not flow, the battery in the shower in the shower worked with difficulty, the electricity was taken 3-4 times an hour, etc. I do not recommend it to anyone!
