We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

India1. Electric Kettle was not available though it was listed on Booking.com site. 2. Buckets in bathroom could have been cleaner. 3. Pillows should have been cleaner. This was the only disappointment as far linen goes. 4. Must keep enough crockery for a busy weekend. The tea supplied in the morning was stale. It was however fresh in the evening in no rush hours. 5. Must check room facilities before guest check-in. Geyser in the bathroom was not working. The staff though offered alternative bathroom. Checking beforehand would prevent discomfort to the client.
Hotel services and staff gesture were exceptional. Mr Deepak showed us way in a jam packed Rishikesh. Reaching hotel without his help would have taken us a couple of hours more, at least. The room and linen was clean, airy and with enough sunlight and average view. Parking was ample and safe.

Central location in Rishikesh, very easy to get to all the major sights on foot! Clean room, good food, helpful and friendly service. A mountain view from the balcony. Overall a very pleasant stay for us, although we spent only one night there!

IndiaDirty linen and in of asking them to change it, no one bothered. Very limited food items in the restaurant and breakfast was okay. Shower and tap were flowing at the same time as the knob was not working and the hotel could not be bothered. The cable did not work.
