How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

They need AC in the corridor and a central exhaust needs to be quite strong. They need to check towels and washrooms before giving it to the client. Not much option for Breakfast

The location was a little away from the city and there was a lack of hot water on the second day of stay.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was also good and rooms were decent.

Staff shortage No food when I check in waiting for more than 4 hrs. For food. No AC working properly I feel they don't have any care for their guests Location is horrible.. I was scared while taking a cab in the morning. Winter suggest anyone to stay here. High price, whatever showing in booking.com they charged wat more than that. Pathetic staying over treebo.

1. The tap inside the washroom is not working properly. 2. The outside location of the hotel is not safe and family friendly as this is a truck drivers area. 3. The entire hotel has a strong odour of cigarette and smoke. 4. The drinking glasses were used and had coffee stains. 5. There are stains everywhere on the furniture. 6. The doors and windows are not cleaned properly.

Nothing The location is off and not appropriate at all. Who opens a hotel in middle of busy stand and transport area. Hardly anyone knows the hotel and locations is scary. Not suitable for family at all The only good point is the hotel staff and nothing else One more point, the international hotel doesn’t have hot water to bath. This is ultimate

The approach to the Hotel is bad and very inconvenient, the infrastructure needs to be upgraded and better managed. What is specified must be accurate.
The staff were quite helpful and polite. The service was good and the food was also good.

The location is horrible, the rooms are dirty, there is no hot water in the evenings and the staff will do nothing about it. The room phone was broken and the towels looked old. The shower gel and shampoo bottles looked like they needed cleaning (spills and clumps of product just hanging there). Worst property in Jammu. Please do not book here.

Location..major concern...and this is drawback for this hotel... Hot water facility should be available throughout... All guest can't be using cold water for bathing..post request staff helped but it should be by default..
Location is not good for family... Family PPL should avoid this hotel... There is no hot water facility... Location is absurd located in truck transport area... People around are mostly truck drivers not recommended for family with more ladies... Food is not worth your money.. Staff is good ..good with behaviour but they do have there own limitations... Except location rest things can be improved...

The staff at Trinetar International are incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make my stay comfortable.
