I had reached Darjelling pretty late but the host came to pick me up pretty late in the evening, which was so appreciated. As soon as you get there you get this feeling of getting laid back and easing up. They are such a nice bunch .They even have services availible for local commutes . I would highly reccomend everyone to ask the host for the local food and places(their recommendations),They will reccomend you places and restaurants that are gems.

The property is at offbeat location, lush green all around with an inspiring view of kunchenjunga. The staff is also really good. I booked for 2 days but later extended my stay due to excellent hospitality and offcourse the hostel environment. I highly recommend this if you are looking to stay in darjeeling.

Had a great experience. Neat and clean rooms with exceptional and friendly staffs and owner. The location is a bit far from the mall road but trust me, it's worth it. I only had one dinner here, it was delicious. Ultimately the best hostel stay I've ever stayed in.

What a great hostel. The staff were very friendly and made it feel like home- especially the owner. What a gem he is. The location is super quiet with a great view. They offer to taste local tea and to rent a scooter on site. The owner’s dog was a great and cute companion too!

Uniquely located property with the amazing and a very helpful host, Lopsang. I truly enjoyed my stay at the property. You can also rent two-wheelers right from the hostel. And if you are into trying local cuisines and drinks, you will find some great recommendations here. I also found the meals prepared by Javed quite delicious. I would definitely love to be back here.

Trippers hostel in Darjeeling,was an amazing experience! The hostel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms that were comfortable and cozy. The location was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and lush greenery. But what really made my stay memorable was the opportunity to meet and connect with fellow solo travelers. The hostel provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to strike up conversations with other guests. I ended up making some wonderful friends during my stay, and we had a great time exploring Darjeeling together. The hospitality of the host was also exceptional. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making sure that everyone had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. They even went out of their way to give us recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Overall, I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in Darjeeling. It's a really beautiful home, really cosy, clean, comfortable with a family feel, (and cute dogs). It's a relaxing place to stay away from the centre of Darjeeling which is busier and more hectic. Everyone played uno and jenga in the evenings and the food was also great.

I had the pleasure of staying at Trippers Hostel in Darjeeling during my solo trip, and I must say, it was a surreal experience. The location and view were simply breathtaking, The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, with the staff doing an excellent job of keeping everything spick and span. Speaking of staff, they were some of the friendliest and most helpful people I've ever met. They were always available to answer questions and provide suggestions for things to do in Darjeeling.They also organized barbeque and bonfire night. It was a great way to meet other travelers Trippers Hostel also had scooters and cabs available for rent, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. Overall, I can't recommend Trippers Hostel enough. It's the perfect place to stay for anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience in Darjeeling.
