The electricity keeps going! It's really annoying, The WIFI doesn't work! The breakfast options are very limited and boring. It was just poha and upma everyday :( Food could've been better.

Really loved the houseboat in terms of the interiors, it's luxurious and beautiful!!! Location is mind-blowing LOVED THE HEATING BEDS. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated.

The only problem I found was behind the house boat was quite filthy. The staff while friendly are a bit pushy to connect you with other vendors for tours or to purchase items like jewellery etc. If you say no, they seem to have a disappointing look on their face. I understand their situation, but don't like this aspect of the referrals/kickbacks which is highly prevalent in Kashmir

House boat was pretty large with 3 bedrooms, dining and living room. Very nice Kashmiri interiors and a fantastic view from the front. Also the host staff, Aashiq, was very friendly and accommodating to ensure we were comfortable.

There is no room view to enjoy. Also we booked by the name of heritage group of houseboat but there was no houseboat with this name. They said all are the same. I think this is kind of fraud.

We enjoyed their dining arrangements. We did our dinner there and food was so good. Room was clean.

Management was not good. First got the message that our booking is cancelled for non payment of advance whereas as per Booking .com no prepayment was needed & free cancellation. Somehow they gave us one room for 1 night in one houseboat & then forced us to shift in other houseboat for another night. It was too much of a hassle & inconvenience. And the worst part that owner never showed up to explain or to apologize. So be careful while dealing with them.But customer service of Booking.com was very good. Responded immediately for all my concerns.

Aijaaz was very good. He took a great care of us. Was available whenever we needed. Food was very nice too & so as the service.

Like nothing. Booking.com may cancel this property for booking from booking.com The pictures and houseboat was totally diffrent as shown on your web site. We immediately move to other hotel within named Well Come hotel opposite Dal lake. Not refunded any payment.

There was no basic amenties toiletries ,no liquid soap , no sanitiser , no paper towel , unhygienic toilet.The shikara driver kept pestering everyday for bakshis but always was rude and kept telling us to come back at 9.00 pm back from city centre , it was disgusting to see how he scolded us daily like a hostel warden , we paid here to have good time and roam around as a tourist not taken admission as a student .Even the basic complimentary water bottle was not provided unless asked for and he charged for that also, then shfited us to another hotel after 2 days without any prior information ,it was complete mess winding and un winding back and forth

The shikara was fine from inside and the location was on boulevard road in the dal Lake itself

When we reached there - we were not welcomed with any welcome drink, nevertheless. We went inside the rooms and they were not cleaned. We informed the property before about our arrival time - till the room was not cleaned - bottles, wrappers, spiders, uncleaned towels, no hot water, no drinking water, for everything you have to ask the guy. Bathroom door not locking, nothing was good about it. Mr. Hanan stopped taking our calls or responding to our texts. If we ask the attendants there, they will say we dont know anything, you ask the manager. We felt helpless. Next day we were shifted to a smaller houseboat - without telling us the truth (they had taken double booking). Still we left quietly. They said they are taking us to a better place. Though, we have paid for these large room, they took us to a small boat with 2 rooms. In the new place we said 12th morning we have early check out so can we adjust our free breakfast with just 2 dinner plates (we were 5 but only 2 people were hungry and wanted to have their dinner) - they didn't entertain. For next day early tea they took money but gave tea when we were about to leave. Overall we paid extra for food/water and food was veg food for no good reason.

Except the feeling that we are on a houseboat, there was nothing good about this stay.

The property i paid for was so disappointing. they did not have power throughout the night and the plug points dont work and my phone could not be charged. It was so cold and the bed heater did not work. My room was supposed to have a tv but it did not.

Nothing , pathetic experience with The Heritage Group Of Household. Arrogant staff, When asked for tea or coffee they only 1 can be served in evening. My whole family got cold because of ur Presidental suite I hv opted. It was chilling while night.

Breakfast is not good.Only 2-3 items provide.Boat price is as like 5 star hotel but take money for even one bottle drinking water also.No any soap/shampoo provided. Credit card not accepting but booking.com describes all facilities is there.They charges extra 200 INR for card payment!!! i phone charger not working.

Staffs behavior is very friendly.Boat is very nice but not what we booked.2nd time paid 700 INR for change previous boat.
