We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaSmoking is allowed in Wing A & Wing B rooms. And, also the room sound insulation from the main door needs lot of improvement as the smell of smoking & noise from the lobby was a little discomforting after 8PM. Lesser family crowd & more of business crowd here.

IndiaThe corridors smell like cigarettes as staff and other guests smoke on the escape stairwells. Dirty socks of the previous guest were on in the room. Mentioned both to reception staff and they were surly and dismissive. The porters were too pushy for tips. The bar staff tried really hard and wanted to give good service but have been failed by management by not having any training nor a bar stocked well enough to deliver anything on the menu. Cocktail ingredients unavailable and they ran out of beer and we waited a long time for warm ones to be brought in. The price of breakfast has increased and not updated on this website. The breakfast coffee machine was crusted with weeks of spilled and not cleaned milk. Health hazard. Not adequate for international standards.
The bed was comfortable and room well decorated and modern. Good hot water and water pressure in the shower. We had dinner and the food was very good. The bar staff clearly wanted to deliver good service (but were hindered by inadequate training and poor management).

United StatesLike many metropolitan areas in India, the air quality in Lucknow is poor. The hotel rooms are fine though as the air is filtered.
The food in their in-house restaurant was better than most Indian-American restaurants I have eaten at in the USA (and I have tried many of them). The staff in the hotel and restaurant were top-notch. One thing which never seems to be mentioned is that the hotel is about 100 ft from a subway stop! Unfortunately, I didn't discover that until my last morning there. The subway is very clean and patrolled by local police.

IndiaWe were allotted an inferior room. On informing them, the staff took about 2 hours to shift us to new room which had been cleaned in haste. The electric kettle was very dirty so were the cutlery in the room. We called and asked them to either change the electric kettle or provide us warm water for our daughter but they said they would change it but never did. We had to purchase an electric kettle of our own due to this.
The location is quite good if you wish to visit nearby market areas.
