The location is a bit strange, being located in a sports complex, with nothing in the complex being accessible to people staying in the hotel, but I was quite okay with that, having read the comments here beforehand. I guess for me more annoying was just one member of the serving staff who multiple times kept asking questions about my checkout date and payment, in a condescending way, despite his colleague at the reception having discussed it all and recieved payment already.

The room size and facilities were quite good. The staff was mostly nice and courteous. Breakfast seemed good too.

One thing I hate about the most was when one of the stuff members laughed at my name and my foreign debit card right in front of my face when I tried to check in. I felt extremely uncomfortable and offended and because of that , I will Never return! Such rude, Unprofessional behaviour! Disgusting! As a non Hindi speaker it’s hard to communicate with people in India and I get and understand the language barrier, but I expect hospitality at a hotel.

It’s a really great place to take metro. Super convenient.

* Bathroom fittings not good. Quality of tap etc. AC outlet opens in bathroom near basin and kept dripping when ac on. WC very close to Wall, can't sit comfortably! Not well planned. Have space but design bad. * Staff okay., tired if more than 3 requests. * Need to enter sports premises from gate 1 stop 300 meters away from hotel building ...call someone...less confusion if told us this when we called. * Matress not form

While my stay at Country Inn & Suites By Turtle had its positives, there were a couple of downsides. The breakfast was just average, and it's worth noting that the hotel doesn't offer many amenities due to its location within a sports complex.

Had a great stay at Country Inn & Suites By Turtle! Affordable half-board package with a tasty dinner. Clean room, friendly staff. Good value for the price.

Paid wifi i do not like this there all good but some things which we don't like .

First of all I want to say that this is best place and it's breakfast,lunch ,dinner all good . I most like it's room so nice place I have enjoyed so much. Me and my friends stay there two days and we are very happy to stay there

Rooms were big compared to *****hotels in Mumbai. Because of hotel being in sports complex, the feeling of energy levels were high. Centrally located business wise and still near to versova beach!

Booked the newly renovated suite which was a great decision. The room was big and clean. One reason that I'm apprehensive of booking 3 star hotels is the typical nepthalene smell that comes from everywhere. However, This isn't the case here. The rooms are well lit with natural light and properly ventilated. Room has got all the basic amenities, service is good, food is decent. Wi-fi works seamless. Property is equipped with cctv cameras for your safety. High quality blackout curtains offer relaxing sleep.

The property doesn't have a restaurant operational, but they have a great kitchen that serves delectable food. Albeit, one can have multiple other options too nearby. I'm sorry that's not a negative point, but I didn't find anything worth mentioning here as negative, so wrote about restaurant. You guys are doing great, keep it up. 👍

It's a fantastic property amidst hustle and bustle of Mumbai city. Really like the ambience. I was apprehensive of some negative reviews where people mentioned that they don't feel like being at a hotel, but after reaching there I actually realized that though the property setup is different from other hotels in our mind, it's indeed worth it. The owner and the staff were quite polite and supportive. They serve good food for in room dining orders.
